We've experienced both good and bad moments, but all in all, our journey has been excellent up to now! Among the various processors we've used in recent years, this one has the fewest technical hiccups.

I'm extremely satisfied with my Blogic POS for my store. I have no complaints whatsoever, haven't encountered any issues, and I particularly appreciate being able to access the POS from my laptop at home or anywhere

Absolutely no problems here and very helpful. It's user-friendly and perfect for staff training. The support is exceptional. Indeed, I highly recommend BLogic!

So pumped that we switched over. Worked with other systems and this is by far the best value and most intuitive. Could have used a little more training at the beginning but my rep talked with me over the phone and was very polite with all the questions that I had. I don't usually write reviews, but you guys deserved one!

From start to install, the process has been quite smooth. I have gone through about 5 POS systems in my 10 years in the restaurant industry and I finally found a system I'll stick with. They are honest people and genuinely seem to care. I was never over sold or treated like dollar signs to them. Technical issues were resolved in a couple hours Thanks Blogic Team!

The staff seem very knowledgeable on how to run a food business. My rep even owns a couple of successful restaurants ( that's crazy right?) which has been awesome for us because he just understands and has helped us with every issue with ease. We chat about the restaurant industry frequently and I very much appreciate all the time he's put in with us.

Didn't expect a local company to have such unique features. This is not a copy paste of other POS systems, they have literally worked with their customers to build custom features that are now standard to their system. They are taking feedback and building solutions and are constantly updating. Very impressive

The Blogic support team is always supportive, friendly. Most customer support staff seem to hate their job, but these people go the extra mile without ever being asked. Extremely happy with the support I received.

The company is very responsive. They will fix most issues very quickly. The system rarely goes down and there are very few glitches which keeps my operations smooth

Easy to use and great customer service. When a printer went down with my old POS it took them weeks just to get replaced. With blog they changed it within a day!

Both staff and guests have been liking the new system. The reporting is so helpful and I can access it from my phone or laptop! Much better than my old POS.

We are currently using Netsuite as our ERP. BLogic reached out and offered a streamlined solution that automates a lot of our AR. Our rates have been going down since working with them. They help collect transaction data for the card networks to optimize and lower our fees further.

We have bolstered our operational capacity but also enhanced the security and satisfaction of our global clientele. Our DSO has significantly decreased and customer retention has been better with the new portal.
