Since I have joined the BLK property…
Since I have joined the BLK property community I have came on leaps and bounds as a person and also my knowledge for property. It’s also really great that we have the online discord there if we are ever unsure of anything Kyle and Eoin will get back to us asap.
The modules are simple and easy to follow and I like the fact that they also give you tasks to complete as it gets you out your comfort zone and that’s why I think BLK property’s groups online course is different from the rest.
I highly recommend to anyone who is wanting to get into property.

Spent a lot of time trying different courses in property but have really took to the BLK course, content is easy to follow and always readily available in the portal along with a live discord channel to ask any questions. Sold two properties with great support from BLK Property Group. Kyle helped source buyers for both properties and recommended solicitor for legal services. The stress in selling properties was minimised by drawing on the professional experience, knowledge and general support offered by BLK Property Group and Kyle in particular.

Used BLK to help me source properties off market, it was my first time buying extra property and found Kyle and Eoin very helpful with setting me up with mortgage and lawyer, once got first property they went above and beyond to help me refurbish it, house is bringing it expected rental, I have a second property that they sourced just now still in the refurbish process but got at good price
