Scam gave me a fake tracking number and usps doesn’t deliver here

It’s a Chinese product. Ordered it on July 29th after seeing the video on Instagram claiming that the product was US made. Well just arrived at shipping station in NY today August 9. So what does that tell you?

The color is blue but very diluted and no effects. I compare to other brands that did wonders for me. I feel like I wasted my money and dont even want to finish what I have.

I have taken this product and compare to others this did not turned pee blue at all even putting about 50 drops, vs other that did, this is cheap stuff and I have write this company about a refund and it seems I get a message from AI because it did not address my emails refund request, after the email about a week after I get a shipment notification that they have sent more products even after my request for a refund, i wrote other 2 emails but still nothing so I am calling my credit card company to request a refund.

Product box was rife with misspellings. I counted 7 including "pharmaceutical." Shipped from Gardena, CA. but required return shipping to Australia!! The box has a US flag and reads "made in the USA." The undisclosed return policy, not specified on the website, is designed to cost more to return than the product is worth. Beware of this company's scammy policies.

Blissta refused to give a refund even tho the product wasnt yet shipped by them. Very terrible ethics

Made a purchase of Facebook add. And my mom payed several times the price that Amazon charges. It took 5 weeks to be shipped. The methane blue 1% was so diluted that it barely made the water blue. It was so very bad it had a sweet taste it sopposed to be bitted. It was at least 10times diluted no results I knew immediately after opening the bottle up it was diluted I didn’t even use it. We payed 119$ 4 4 1oz bottles you can get a 4oz bottle of Amazon for 17$ youed think with the price like that it would be legit with potency but nope. Don’t get scammed. Also they use Joe Rogan & Kennedy on there sales page and they are not endorsed for this fake product. Using them illegally. I wonder how many people got scammed??

What I received is the complete opposite of what their marketing video and website claims and shows. I’m so concerned about this false marketing that I am sending one of the bottles to a lab to find out exactly what I ingested. Beware of this brand.

This is NOT the real deal. They are masterful at explaining themselves with ZERO PROOF. They hide who owns their website, they just created the website in May 2025 too. The customer testimonials must be FAKE. The product pics that their "customers" are using aren't even their products! If you lie at the little stuff, you'll lie with the big stuff. I don't trust them enough to put some foreign substance in my body. NO way!

Complete scam, everything they say is the opposite. This stuff can barely turn 3oz of water blueish nevermind anything else. No taste whatsoever. They are the Chinese knockoff that they insist they are not.

REFUND UPDATE: They finally gave me a refund to my bank of the $85.73 I spent for 2 boxes of fake MB and 2 of Soursop drops that also tasted like water. This amazed me and it showed the power of writing a bunch of angry emails and then filing a DISPUTE CLAIM with my bank. But back to the original review: I
experienced pretty much everything that almost every reviewer here stated, except for 1 person who amazingly, liked it.
My experience with this company was terrible: back and forth emails when requesting refund. Lies Lies Lies, deception, delay tactics and gas lighting!
Ridiculous.
They apparently do not sell real Methel Blue.
But they heavily market themselves as part of the special 6% of all the MB sellers out there, that sell the real deal, manufactured and tested in America, with the highest quality standards of pharmaceutical grade Methylene Blue a available. Blah blah blah
Well from the start, the product didn't work as I expected. It was what I would call a big Nothing burger. Because nothing happened.
When I emailed to ask for a refund, first they said please try it again once more. I did try it and it still didn't work. (And since it's definitely not genuine, why would it...)
Then they asked me to try using the entire bottle first, which would take 1 month approximately.
Then they wrote to tell me they have a 14 day refund window which I missed.
Even though their advertising says "no questions asked" refund and 100% Satisfaction guaranteed", AND "120 Day" return policy!
They also told me I must send the product/s back to their warehouse, in New South Wales, Australia, at my expense.
The package I received from them had a return address in Wilmington, Delaware. But their warehouse for this American made product is in Australia?
They said that when they received the bottles they would communicate to me about the next steps in getting a refund of 20% of my initial cost. I said no, that was not acceptable. Then they offered 40% but that would be only after they subtract out a restocking fee and some other absurd fee. This sparring went on for about 6-8 (?) email exchanges. As you can imagine, I am so Done!
To reiterate what another recent reviewer here said, Blissta has some lawsuits in their future.
The FUNNIEST thing about their marketing is that they say in one of their bogus aggressive campaigns (to the effect of) - "when you realize that you've been buying from fake Chinese companies who are selling fish tank cleaner and calling it real Methylene Blue, you will be so "Pissed off"!
And they have the shameless gall to then painstakingly describe all of the benefits and effects that true MB does - from turning urine blue for 24 hours to eliminating brain fog increasing energy, etc. and again, how their products are made and tested in America, unlike the numerous deceptive Chinese companies that rip off their unsuspecting customers with aquatic fish tank formulas.
So GUESS WHAT?!
BLISSTA is the very model of the scammy Chinese companies that Blissta's own marketing BS warns us of; selling some totally ineffective blue-ish liquid that cannot work because it is not authentic pharmaceutical grade MB.
Blissta's advertising sure got one thing absolutely right -

I notified this Company within 30 Minutes of placing an order that I wished to cancel the order. I informed them that I was doing this so quickly so that they would not process and ship.
The email said thank you for the timely response, we have submitted this to our Customer Care Department to correct.
This interaction happened over 11 different emails and they delivered the product anyway.
The directions for return of the product is not in the United States as advertised.
Return address is to Australia, Bogus SCAM Company!!!

First bottle ever. Im wondering why my pee didn't turn blue. Upon checking reviews, I conclude this stuff is just not the quality stuff you want. Seems to be a China knock off.

I received this and so disappointed. It looks and tastes like water. Not a deep blue color and when you put it in water to drink it it tastes like nothing. They claim your pee will stay blue - a lie does not even show. This is nothing but a fake product.

If I could give this product 0 stars I would. I first saw the product marketed on Facebook. I did a little research on this brand because we all know Facebook… but decided to research some others too. Despite knowing they had a low consumer trust score, I decided to buy it and try it anyway, along with one other brand, Biopharm. The Biopharm came first. When I got the Blissta product, I opened it to try it, and was shocked at how diluted it looked compared to Biopharm. I wasn’t sure if the quality was directly a result of the appearance of looking watered down, so I researched a little more, only to find many consumers had come to the same conclusion I had. It’s garbage. Don’t buy it, and worse don’t take it. I don’t know why I didn’t see these reviews prior to buying it… but regardless, I wish I would have… and saved $50

This company is a sham that sells a fake product. Also be careful if you do want to waiste money on this snake oil. They will sign you up for auto enrollment and you won't know. When you ask for a refund they will hit you with multiple fees.

Bought two bottles and was happy then upon reorder I got something not even close to the same deep blue product this was a pale color with no taste. Tried to ask them questions about change in the product and only got vague answers. Now if I want a refund they say I pay shipping and “if lost” not refund will be issued. The return address they gave doesn’t appear to ever be a real address. This seems like a scam!!,

Took 10 drops to get as blue as one drop from another company.
