Wanted to install some solar panels on a flat roof. Bliss were experienced in options and performance of doing this (unlike some other installers). They arrived as planned, install was quick and efficient and well done. They recommended a frame to sit on the flat roof with panels at 3 degrees. So far all working well. Even with compromise of having panels flat they are still producing well. Would recommend Bliss especially if you're considering putting panels on a flat roof.

A couple of months ago I put my details into a system to investigate/learn/purchase a solar/battery system for our recently purchased home. Three company names were provided and Bliss Eco Energy were the first to call me back the very next day. I did the usual searches and went straight to Trustpilot where I read a really honest account of a mans experience with Bliss Eco Energy. I decided to trust what I had read and arranged a home visit. I was so impressed with Bill/William we decided to go with them immediately. We are so pleased we did, I have never experienced such professionalism and was blown away with the amount of knowledge these guys have. We want to thank everyone of you from sales to scaffolders installer's tech guys, Thank You. Apart from that the product is amazing, we went with 16 solar panels and the Tesla Powerwall 3 and inverter and the warm air heating pump will be installed over the coming weeks. The installation was so quick and looks fantastic no mess no fuss all packaging was taken away. Everyone was so polite and professional everything was taken care of from start to finish. I've just received all completion certificates/guarantees etc/instructions/insurances today. MSC government approved certificated installer's. We also received the government grant for the warm air heating system saving £7,500. I trusted what I read here and you can trust what I've said here. Thank you again.

From the initial sales call, the survey and install - clear communication, fast, efficient, professional. We will use again when we do our extension. We got solar panels with microinverters and battery - the system works fantastically. Bliss exceeded our expectations.

So, I was looking for a PV and Tesla Powerwall setup at my home.
I used a website that sent off my request to various installers - I had a call from Bill @ Bliss.
He came over to talk through what I'm looking for - I already had an idea in terms of setup so we had a good conversation.

I had received quotes from other companies and the quotes from Bliss were comparable.
I went with Bliss for a few reasons
1. I was comfortable with the quote and payment terms
2. Confidence in the team I spoke with
3. Clear communication of the plan - emails reminders of when work is scheduled for, scaffolding, installation etc
4. Ability to complete the work in one day.
5. This one is the important one - 10 year HIES insurance backed workmanship warranty.

The install team were great! Polite, efficient and were able to tackle the odd cable route in my house!

The other bonus was the handover pack - I've never seen a pack so extensive - full copies of the agreements, MCS certificate, Copy of G99, building certificate, electrical certification, specs of what has been installed (this helped hugely as Bliss installed 25mm tails which is a pre-requsite if you want to have your main fuse upgraded to 100amp i.e. future proofing.) . When speaking to others that have had an install, all they received was a copy of the MCS certificate, nothing else.

We are very happy with the install from Bliss.

I had a solar and battery package installed by Bliss at the beginning of November but had my initial contact with them in the summer when I started to research getting solar installed at my house.
I obtained quotes and was visited by a number of firms, but I chose Bliss as they are based locally to me and their price was in line with the highest rated national installers using the same equipment.
From initial consultation and through the install process communication was great, either via email, by telephone or in person. Everything was explained in detail and any question or query I had dealt with promptly.
Although getting all of our dates to line up for the install was touch and go, everything went smoothly and our system was commissioned and running on the day it went up.
Bliss were also very helpful putting me in touch with a local contractor for some remedial works to our roof.
I am very pleased with the system installed and the recommendations I received from Bliss during the process.

My husband and I have just had some Solar Panels and a Battery installed by Bliss Eco Energy. The chap how came round to explain everything was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He answered all our questions and really put our minds at rest as we were very unsure as to how it all worked. The price was very competitive and their products came with the longest warranties. The fact that they don’t use subcontractors was a big factor in going ahead with them. The workers turned up on time and completed a smashing job, cleaning everything up before they left. Excellent service all round really. We would definitely recommend them to anyone !
