I have ordered a product 3 weeks back and still not recieved .
There is no response on email or neither do they have any contact number
No way of getting my refund

IT IS SCAM. DO NOT BUY. They did false advertising for me. After waiting for months, the product was just completely different from the picture. DO NOT BUY. FRAUD.

Had placed an order for expensive craft gems 2 months back. Nothing has been received yet.
They are spending so much money on advertising but definitely none towards effective operations

I ordered a bracelet for 999 a totally different lowest quality pendant was sent and was no response from customer care email. No phone number to contact, and the social account do not exist. The shipment came from Ch..!
This is a scam. Do not buy.

Ordered on 14th feb 2026, received after many reminders only 50% of the order. Still another 50% is yet to be received.
Plz think many times before nvesting in BLINGQUEEN. Total fraud.
I've mailed them many times for refund.

Chasing them for an order . It's two months. No response over email. Asking me if have been received when actually they have not even shipped. They have the audacity to lie even when the delivery partner site shows seller is not ready with the product. No support. Launching police complaint.

Complete scam website , they run ads , you go to website and only pay online options , no customer support, no address nothing - they don't send the product once paid. This is a Cyber scam

I have booked earrings from bling queen website the have given me order no I have booked the product on 15april26 .they do not have contact no only email which does not respond I have send many mails to them no response

Online shopping frauds succeed only because most customers give up after repeated excuses. I decided not to.
I had placed a prepaid order with “BlingQueen / Glocom Imports Pvt. Ltd.” and made payment through Google Pay. After receiving the money, the company kept delaying the order for weeks.
First, they claimed there was a “customs clearance issue.”
Then they said the shipment was being “returned from overseas warehouse.”
After that came another excuse — “Middle East conflict causing delays.”
But throughout this entire period:
No valid tracking number was provided,
No shipment proof was shared,
No dispatch evidence was shown,
And no refund was initiated.
Despite sending multiple emails, I only kept receiving polite but repetitive explanations. Meanwhile, social media was already filled with similar complaints from other customers facing the same issue.
Finally, I decided to escalate the matter legally.
I sent detailed complaint emails with payment proof, company details, screenshots, and correspondence to:

The company communication was being carried out through:

📧 Company Representative (Yuvraj)

And something remarkable happened.
Within barely two hours of the police complaint emails being sent, the same company which had been avoiding refund for weeks suddenly responded with an apology and initiated full refund immediately.
I received:
Official refund confirmation email
Cashfree refund reference number
Assurance that money would reflect in my account within working days
This experience taught me an important lesson:
Consumers should not silently tolerate endless excuses in prepaid online transactions. If a company repeatedly avoids providing tracking proof, keeps changing explanations, and ignores refund requests, proper legal and cyber complaint mechanisms should be used.
At the same time, I sincerely appreciate the prompt response and professionalism shown by Chennai Police and Cyber Crime authorities.
My intention in sharing this is not personal publicity, but awareness — because many innocent consumers may not know where to complain or how to assert their rights.
Always keep:
payment screenshots,
order IDs,
email conversations,
and company details safely preserved.
A well-documented complaint can make a real difference.

Their website says fast delivery in the "About Us" section. Incorrect. They do not have these products ready to dispatch. They either start making them after receiving orders. Or they don't make it at all, and pocket the customer's money. "Shipped from overseas" is a BS way to excuse this ridiculous business practice. They probably ship from Bhiwandi or something.

Their website says "customer service team works 7 days a week" in the "About Us" section. Incorrect. They do not respond at all. So, either they do not work 7 days a week. Or they've employed 1 sad super underpaid person to handle all queries, and judging from TrustPilot reviews, they'd have 500 queries a day minimum.

It's no wonder there is no name of a founder anywhere on the internet. It's to avoid jail time.

I ordered a rainbow umbrella and paid 1,600 rupees, I did not receive the item and when I sent an email to customer care they are not even responding. No refund , I lost the money, please stay away from these scammers

Don't purchase from them, there is literally no way to contact them. And it's pre paid once you pay they are gone in wind.
