Made an order to replace all the slats in my home and I’m so pleased with them all. Really high quality, lovely fabric and they look lovely up. Mine took longer than normal to come, but I chose a fabric that was out of stock. They did give me the option to change fabric for a quicker service but I wasn’t in a rush so I waited. Was the fabric had come back into stock, I had them within about a day, so really speedy service. I was kept up to date with everything and any messages were responded to within an hour or so. They were packaged really well for shipping too. I would definitely recommend this company to others and I’m so pleased I chose them.

Ordered replacement vertical slats for all of our windows at the fraction of the cost of replacing with shutters which wasn't an option.
Ordered them in stages to spread the cost and the second order was delayed that because of this we were given a reduction on our final purchase which arrived in just 48 hours right before Christmas amazing turnaround.Very happy all round.

Poor service as you can see ordered 4 blinds for the same window and all measures correct and all sizes are wrong how can a company get it wrong 4 times

Two of the lats are badly marked and spoiled the service which was speedy.emailed and no response.
