Blinds purchased in Dec. 2019
I purchased 5 blinds in Dec. 2019, and since then I have had to return 3 out of the 5 blinds for repair. The staff at the retail shop where I purchased the blinds are very nice, but the quality of the blinds in concerning.

When the blinds were installed
When the blinds were installed, we noticed that the lever for opening/closing on the middle window were not as ordered (they installed an attachment, but we ordered automatic on the middle window), so we're now waiting several weeks AGAIN to have that blind rectified.

Very pleased with how the blinds look and the ease of installation. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Not at all pushy, which I greatly dislike. It was a pleasure doing business with blinds to go and when we’re ready we’ll come back for the rest of the second floor
