Needed new blinds to change out some I already had .I just wanted different color ,you kept my old order on file for measuring and all went well ,the associate I spoke with was pleasant knowledgeable and very helpful ,when order was ready it was brought out to my car which was perfect. The turn around on orders is far too long, 3 months seems extreme for three shades to be produced and delivered

This is the first time we ordered blinds that open from the top and the bottom. They are perfect for the room and look great. We are always pleased with our purchases and have been a repeat customer for over 10 years. Every window has a blind or shade from Blinds To Go in our 2 family home.

Customer service was great. My issue is with the darn hardware, my blinds do not attach properly, maybe be defective brackets .
I’ve installed them three times the blinds fall off in my hand . Not happy about this. I now have two of the three shades staying on, let’s see what happens tomorrow when I put them up. Such a waste of time! Never liked this hardware.

We have had bad luck with the blinds we bought. They are poor quality and while there is a life time guarantee, all that means is, when they break (which they have twice in two years), we keep taking them back, they fix them, and give them back to us. We don't want the blinds we got because they are poor quality, but there is no way to just return and get a refund.
Also, the Everett, MA store location is a nightmare to get to and going back to get a new set every time they break is time-consuming and frustrating.

It was the second time that I used Blinds-To-Go. Their products are a good value and Blinds-To-Go offers the opportunity of a complete package with measurements/large selection/installation. Delays were consequent but acceptable. Quality is generally good. Most surprising was that the installer (who also measured our windows, so he had seen our place) was clearly pissed at the number of windows he had to take care of. So, either way Blinds-To-Go needs to select their contractors more carefully, or they should pay them according to the job.

Our experience with Blinds to go has always been top notch. Some purchases have worn down and they have been repaired gratis as your policy states. This latest purchase has not functioned satisfactorily from installation. I will take them back when it is convenient, but that is not the case right now.
I do wish to complement your floor sales staff. They have always been pleasant and knowledgeable.

We have had Blinds to Go do our window treatments from the first year they opened shop in Everett. We have always had superlative service and their products from regular 1” blinds, shutters, block out reverse blinds, plantation blinds are the best, especially the lifetime guarantee.
We always recommend Blinds to Go to friends and family.

We liked the product and we like what got installed.
However three main issues with the process
1) the sales associate did not foresee major installation issues. The installer showed up and his first reaction was “oh I’m not installing that” (for one of the three rooms). He essentially argued that the sales associate did not prompt the right questions and we had to go through major changes as a result.
2) the $100 deposit for the color stuff is very expensive especially given that the installer did not ask for it. We do not own a car and the sheer process of bringing this thing back to the store was inconvenient and expensive.
3) the installer damaged a wall when installing the blinds. I emailed the store about it and they didn’t come back to me in over a week. After that I had to follow up to every email after one week or two. It really felt like they were trying to have us forget so they would not have to fix the issue. Now we’re trying to get the repair scheduled. Every time I call and press 5 for scheduling an installation no one is available. Let’s see if this gets fixed at some point...

I had cordless blinds installed in four living room windows in Feb 2020. Two of them bunched up due to fraying string getting caught in the mechanism by Oct 2020. I used the lifetime warranty to have them replaced but had to drop off and pick up in person, even after I offered to pay for shipping.
After going through that trouble, another of the originals had the same issue in Nov 2020. At this point I am not bothering to replace. I explained to the salespeople that the string material frays from the friction in the mechanism but they seemed to have little control or knowledge of the issue. The new blinds use the same string so I do not anticipate the replacements to last long.
Overall I am very disappointed in the quality given how much I paid, and in the warranty requirement to drop off and pick up. I will not purchase from Blinds-To-Go again.
UPDATE: I see the response from the company. My original order number is 187754, and the order number for replacement of two of the shades is 993144. The fourth shade now also has the same issue and I can provide a picture if needed. The strands of thread in the cord bunched up making it impossible to lift the shade all the way up on one side.

One shade had a broken cord, 5 years old, you guys came took it to the store, replaced cord, came back and re-installed it the next week. No fuss, no problem, everything great!
We decided to change the shade in the master, wanted a different color. It's so easy with your shop at home service. Ordered and installed 8 weeks later.
