Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Had numerous questions to ask about the whole cycle to work scheme and Steve explained everything to me. Ordering the bike on the website is super simple and our bike got delivered in a couple of days! Tom delivered our bikes and made sure everything was in order and made sure to talk through the bikes functions. Couldn't recommend them enough!

Working on my startup meant I was looking ways to be more and more frugal and also stay healthy ( More importantly lose all the extra kilos I gained during Covid ). So started researching about which bike to get and quickly realised buying an electric bike is no frugality and on top choosing the right one with so much content available meant I was drowning myself with information taht I couldnt process or understand.

Reached out to multiple Cycle to work bike initaitive companies and being a founder who isnt able to pay himself much, meant I I wasnt allowed to partner with them. Enter Blike - I chatted with their CEO Tim on their site and put acrosss 10s of questions which he was very very patient to answer. Post even called me up and explained in detail not only about the bikes and which might be best suitable to me but also addressed the situation I was in, and told me about the subscription they are launching for freelancers.

Within couple of days arranged 5 cycles for me to test ride and the same day I finalised one not before Tim gave me a good deal as well :) Post my tyre went flat a couple of times and both times their team came and set that straight ( This aint a part of the deal ). But just goes on to show that the team at Blike, ( Tim & Tom ) will go beyond their commitment to assist you and exceed a customers satisfaction.

One of the best, least painless experiences of securing myself an electric bike. The whole process from start to finish has been a breeze. The team are fantastic, easy to contact and if anything was to go wrong I know they are only a call away!

I got my bike from Blike a couple weeks ago and I’m over the moon! Brilliant people, great service, well priced. The selection of bikes and the flexibility of the terms make this a fantastic deal. Basically, for the price of a bus pass you get a bike that’ll take you anywhere in London with no sweat. Distances shrink. I have the Vanmoof X3 and it’s honestly a flawless machine. Couldn’t be happier, thoroughly recommend Blike to everyone!

Fantastic experience right from the beginning when I contacted the team till by bike was delivered. Tim took the time to talk to me to address my questions and arranged a test ride of the bikes. Steve was able to come with a financial option suitable for my circumstances. Tom took his time to let me have a ride of the bikes and helped me decide on my bike.

Absolutely brilliant company, customer service was fantastic, bike arrived at my office and they showed me everything I needed to know about my new Vanmoof S3. I cannot recommend these guys enough!! They were in touch every step of the way.
All companies should use this, makes life so simple riding around on an E bike especiallyin big cities where you spend all day in traffic. E bikes have No pollution, no traffic and you stay fit (you still cycle just with some help 😀)

Blike has proved to be a great way to enable staff at our business to gain access to electric bike transport to and from work now that things are opening up again post covid.

The financing approach is very helpful as it means there are no major outlays for the business up front, and it's easy to set up the salary sacrifice for the tax efficient monthly payments.

I got the Radwagon 4 which is a real workhorse. Not only do I go to work meetings on it, but can also ferry the kids to their various school activities and even carry a good supermarket run. With the price of fuel going through the roof as well as additional ULEZ charges in our area, we're hardly using the car at all for local trips or commutes. It's proven to be a great way to get around and has significantly changed how we travel as a family.
