I love the Bleusalt products. I own several . I think it’s a great incentive having the app and the ability to save 10%, what I think is totally unacceptable is the fact one cannot use their reward points when ordering on the app. This is one of the poorest ways to show customer appreciation I have ever experienced.

BLEUSALT makes the softest fabric! I slip into a cozy pullover first think every morning. It is an oversized soft treat. The packaging is also high quality. I wish the shipping was faster but the product is well worth the wait.

I have been a Bleusalt gal(VIP) for two years plus. I love love the fabric. Cashmere like but with no itch or dry cleaner. The shorty v is perfect . I am a petite size the shorty v is the perfect length. Modified v neck also perfect . Please keep the shorty v and crewneck in the mix

I really love this fabric but I’m struggling with sizing. Unfortunately everything that I’ve purchased has been on sale so I haven’t been able to exchange anything. So I’ve ended up with quite a few things that I’m not able to wear.

Ordered the Kaia hoodie totally love it. Hope they get more sizes in as many colors are sold out. Very soft and comfortable.
I ordered a size 0 and really wanted the size 1 but the 0 fits. I'm 5'2.5" and about 130 lbs. I am almost 62 years old and feel comfortable in this cropped hoodie. It keeps me warm as well and love the kangaroo pocket.
Fast service too, arrived in a few days.

I love your fabric, style of clothing! I’m 6’ tall and it’s rare to find pants long enough. The Cindy pant is the perfect pant! I also travel and it’s great to have easy versatile styles to take on the road. I can dress everything up or down.

When Bleusalt first came out it was amazing! Quality amazing and good customer service. Recently, I have placed several orders and received low quality products-stitching coming apart, unevenly sewn buttons, tags falling off, and inside out sewn cuffs and buttons. I used to be able to easily return these items or if I ordered an item of an ill fit size, I could exchange for a new size. Bleusalt keeps changing their return policies. Recently I was told I could now longer exchange an item for a different size and I couldn’t return it either because they do not except returns or exchanges. Customer service and quality and severely gone down hill, especially for the price of the items. Buyer beware, if your item is falling apart or doesn’t fit, you will probably be stuck with it. So unfortunate for a company that used to be awesome. So much potential.
