Brought some tanning gel from this company put it on it does not do what it says on the advertisement if anything it causes very bad sun burn when you go in the sun the pain is unbelievable both myself and my hubby have been in absolute pain avoid at all costs if you do not want to really bad burns

Ordered from this site. Received emails to track my parcel. It was at sorting office, allegedly. Then the emails disappeared.
Also on checking my bank a/c noticed they had taken a higher amount than the order cost.
Wouldn't go near this company with a barge pole.

Again would have loved to give no stars. Item not received, emails never answered your questions, very frustrating. Goods in Oxford somewhere.
Lesson learnt - please don’t order from this sham of a company. Shame on them for taking money from people who buy in good faith.

Bought night time driving glasses. What turned up was very cheap and just coloured lenses. Went through their chat service. Kept suggesting due to high return costs to me they suggested I keep the goods and would refund me £2.00. Then stopped communicating.

Bought two “indestructible” dog toys from here. The first item was shredded within 5 minutes

This sham company charged my credit card a totally different amount than I approved as my payment. Cannot get any sense out of chat line. Beware do not buy from this company. I haven't even received the product and the have defrauded me.

Wish I could give zero stars, this company is terrible. On going problem since June. Item delivered a month later than expected. Quality was very poor. Sent email for return address never got one. As I purchased it through Klarna, I got in touch with them. I would never buy again from Blazecrown, terrible company. Not happy with Klarna either, but that is another story. I am now £23.19 out of pocket as returned the item , from address given by Klarna.

Do not use this company!! No goods, no reply to emails except computer generated ones. Scammers!

I placed an order with this company in August of this year and still not received it, tracking was showing it had arrived in Lincoln but now disappeared of the system. Contacted them and the carrier by email but just get automated replies. I’ve asked to cancel the order and get a refund but they can’t do that because the parcel has left them. Avoid this company at all costs ☹️☹️

Does anyone know if this is the same company as stunahome? They've offered me £5 back!. I have spent £68. All I wany is the returns address. What is wrong with these companies, AVOID AT ALL COSTS PEOPLE

My order took over a month to arrive. No tracking info, no help. Automated response to their customer care service. Tried cancelling as the order was no longer needed. Excuse after excuse as to why this was not possible. Tried to return but they are not making this possible, they even suggested I give it to someone as a present. To be honest I wouldn't insult anyone with the absolute rubbish they call good quality.
True saying "you get what you pay for". Would highly recommended people avoid this company.

I have given one star as I cannot leave feedback without clicking on one. This company is terrible and my comments are exactly the same as another in that the item was not fit for purpose, they refused to give any detail for return and refund and they suggested I gave it to a friend as a present! Complete scammers. Ordered a neck pillow for a 13 hours flight 4weeks before I travelled. I’ve been back 3 weeks and it’s still not arrived!
They just keep saying sorry it’s in transit, sorry can’t cancel as it’s been shipped. Sorry isn’t cutting it anymore. 🤬Stay away from these scam artists.

Do not use this company it’s terrible! It sent me an item that is nothing like what I ordered and gave told me to give ut to a friend if I don’t like it! No refund or anything just stupid excuses why their item is substandard and not what I ordered ! Steer well clear if this company!

DO NOY TRUST THIS COMPANY Absolutely joke, ordered in end June, last tracking item in middle July was in Birmingham, UK. Complained 6 times since then. Every time I was told how sorry they are and to wait longer and they would chase the item with depot. Two weeks later still nothing. So annoyed that I fell for it. I ordered an item in June, still not got it, asked for a refund- keep telling me it’s on its way ! Needed it for a wedding (strapless bra), had to go & buy one ! Customer service is terrible. I have lost £20, a lesson learned I suppose. My advice- don’t buy anything advertised on FB.
