Company is a scam and has changed their name to Blanket Zoo. Blanket boom site is no longer active.

I like the others received fraudulent merchandise when I ordered 3-D sensory dinosaur blanket and received a cheap piece of printed garbage. I emailed the company requesting a full refund...crickets. I wish I would've checked this company out on here before I spent
$ 37.85. Hopefully, my credit card company can refund me.

How did I miss all these reviews!?! Same thing happened to us. Ordered the 3D dinosaur blanket, got notification it had been sent, and it never arrived. Now they're ghosting us - phone, email - NOTHING!

Same story as many others. Ordered larger 3D sensory blanket and received a regular flat blanket with dinosaurs on it. Contacted them by phone only to be directed to email them. Then you receive an email like they're going to help and you never hear anything again. I disputed with my credit card and got my money back.

I wouldn’t even give 1/2 a star! Total bullshit to scam an innocent child out of something they wanted…

Definitely a scam. Ordered in early February. Received email that item was out for delivery 2/24. Never received. Tried to contact them via email and phone number and they do not exist!

Blanket Boom is a SCAM!! If i could give them negative stars review I would. I ordered the 3D Dinosaur blanket and it is not 3D it is a cheap flat blanket. I even upgraded for the Premium because my son loves plushy blankets and there is NOTHING premium about this blanket. I emailed them to see what I needed to do to get a full refund and return their cheap blanket it back to them as I do not want it. I was told to submit a video, which I did and as soon as I replied to their email - BAM now all of the sudden it is not a valid email address. I intend to take all these emails that I have between us and provide it to my credit card company to dispute and get my money back.

Blankets boom is nothing but a fake and untrusted company. I ordered 2 popping out dinosaurs blankets. I paid $90 for because they were on sale 40% off. I received the printed blankets ( not what I ordered). I Contacted the company by phone for several days, I only got the answering machine with the same statement that they are helping other costumers and it’s better if I email them. No response from them. Now I am very disappointed, my nephews are disappointed, and I am with blankets that I don’t want. You can’t return them because no one at that company is responding. And now the company’s website is not available. This is a fraud. Be aware

We purchased what was advertised as a 3D dinosaur blanket. When we received it 30 days later, what arrived was a cheap piece of felt with a dinosaur print. I have tried several times to reach the company to no avail. This company is a scam and I strongly advise everyone to stay away from them.

I ordered the dinosaur sensory blanket, and I received a regular child size blanket, not at all what they're advertising. I emailed the company, no response, 2nd email, undeliverable, this company is a fraud

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM.
I ordered the dinosaur blanket which was supposed to be 3 dimensional and I basically got a shabby cheap piece of cloth with a cheap imprint of dinosaurs. Am not only worried about the safety of the material but more importantly the dyes used to produce. Moreover, the “company” continued to give me the runaround on when the blanket would be ordered and it literally took more than 30 days. It shows a stateside address but the shipping specifically showed it being shipped from a region in China.

I have requested an immediate refund.

This company is terrible. They use false advertising, charge a lot, and then deliver a cheesy blanket that you could buy at Walmart or your grocery store for 20% as much or less. And they take forever to deliver it. What I ordered looked like an awesome 3 dimensional dinosaur blanket. The description literally said, “3-D sensory blanket.”” What arrived was completely flat. I have contacted them about it and gotten no response. I plan to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

Buyer beware! Images of the 3D plush blanket are fake - probably AI generated. I received a flat cheap-looking blanket after a long wait. It’s also near impossible to find how to track your package. Links opened lots of “404” pages. Says it’s a company in Delaware but it shipped from China. I’m mad at myself for falling for the fake ad.

I ordered a blanket back on February the 5 th i never received it Customer service was not helpful I ended up ordering another blanket from Amazon

Never received my order so called the number and they tell you they are so busy and you need to email them which I did and no one responded..the tracking number I was given does NOT exist and we find out SDH EXPRESS operates as a Chinese cross border e-commerce logistics provider but is heavily associated with high-risk potential scams when delivering to the USA and often used by fraudulent retailers leading to issues like invalid tracking numbers and non delivery which is what happened to me. I now have my Visa company handling my hopeful credit of $57.85 but the Dispute and Claims Department can take awhile but PLEASE DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Scammers. The blanket I received was nothing like the one they advertised. Not 3D or plush. Just a thin plain flat generic dinosaur blanket of the lowest quality. Super bummed. Now I'm trying to get them to refund me but doubtful that will happen. Dont do it!!!

I ordered two 3D Sensory Dinosaur blankets. I even upgraded the blankets for an additional $10. What I received, was nothing more than two baby sized felt blankets with dinosaurs printed on them. NOT 3D as ADVERTISED. I have reached out to this "company" by email multiple times and have not received any response. I also tried to call the number on the website, which of course, no one answers. I have tried to dispute the charge with my credit card company, but I was told I need to return it first. Sorry, I'm not doing that! Blanketboom's website says they charge a 25% restocking fee, and shipping is on me. Nope. I'd rather throw them in the garbage then give them one more penny! Please take my advice and DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!

It is a very small thin printed blanket. It is not a sensory blanket as described . I was very disappointed.

I ordered the 3-D dinosaur blanket with the heads supposed to be coming off of the blanket so that you could hug one of the heads, pet the heads, etc. I got a very small non-3-D where the heads are coming off the blanket blanket. Very disappointed this was only worth about five bucks and I paid $47. I am not happy. We'll never order from them again and would encourage others to think twice about ordering from them, I am not happy.
