SEVERE WARNING - NO MATTER WHAT, STAY AWAY FROM BLACKNORWAY. Cant believe I have fallen for this scam. Like the other reviews, I should have read them before I bought a door bell from them. Upon ordering, I asked them to cancel the product, no bother they said you will just have to return it. Upon arrival, which took ages (as I now now it came on a slow boat from China), I asked again to return it. I was told no coz its in the same condition as it's described on their website. 🤣 they clearly dont work to British Standards, the numpties. I will bin it, it was worth giving this review. I had to give them a one star to post the review or I wouldn't have given them any.

This company is in China. I wish I had checked Trustpilot before ordering, didn't even think about it because of the brand name (doh!).
Anyway, the cheapest piece of rubbish for £29.99. (Swimming hat) that was huge! Tried to return - offered 10% off, then 30% off. All returns have to be paid for and if lost in transit … tough! So basically a lose lose situation. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE is my recommendation. Ps - i couldnt write a review without selecting 1 star!

Not the product i ordered. I'm not going to bother trying to get a refund or the right product as judging by other reviews it would be a lost cause. As others have said, please don't buy from this company as it's a total sham.

Refused to change product despite the fact it didn’t fit. Avoid at all costs - the products, which aren’t even cheap, are shipped very slowly from China, hence their reluctance to exchange or refund.

Extremely disappointing to the product and refuse of return

Terrible! Ordered product, thought it was coming from Norway (given company name) took three weeks from China. Badly damaged, clearly even if it had not been damaged by shipping it was not of mertchantable quality as part of it was pealing apart. Upon raising complaint and requesting refund was told I could keep it, then was told i could keep it with 30% off, then i was told if i wanted a refund id have to pay for shipping back to china myself and at my own risk if it got damaged! Complete scam - be careful…

Absolute rubbish quality that doesn’t stay on my dog. This set me back £40! It isn’t worth 40p. Delivery took ages as well. Do not buy from this company. Absolute rip-off!!

I should have checked the reviews before I bought anything. I’m speaking with someone called Jeanne and I’ve asked four times for the return information and she’s emailed me back without actually doing anything I’ve asked - she asked me for pictures of the packaging, I sent them, I gave her a clear reason why I was returning them. She’s just not sending me return address. I came on here because I felt like it was dodgy and my gut proved to be absolutely spot on. Someone else has been through the exact same thing - sunglasses, arrived in bubble wrap, I paid £69.95, she tried to offer me 20% (£13.99), I said no thank you, I just want a full refund and to send them back. They were for my Dad and came without a case or any accessories - I could get them for £10 at Camden Market. I never knew it was a Chinese company - “Norway” really does misguide you into believing this is like a brand within itself, a niche sort of company but it’s a complete lie. They clearly have cheap products that they are selling at ridiculous prices and I was completely fooled… if I don’t get the return information in her next response, I’m going to have to dispute it and try to report the company.

WEBSITE LOOKS EUROPEAN - IS IN FACT CHINESE.
WRONG ITEM WAS DELIVERED, REFUSED A REFUND. AFTER BACK AND FORTH THE BEST OFFER I GOT WAS A 30% REFUND AND I WAS TOLD TO PAY THE POSTAGE COST TO RETURN TO CHINA, EVEN THOUGH WAS THERE ERROR.
NOW GOING THROUGH A DISPUTE WITH MY BANK :(

Having had lens replacement on my eyes i wanted some 100% uv protection polarised sunglasses.
Only realised after id ordered that the company was in China so now feel a little foolish.. Glasses arrived, wrapped in bubble wrap and in a bag. No labels or indication of the uv protection, no cleaning cloth, case or other accessorise as shown on the website. I dare not wear them as i don't want to damage my eyes.
Why can't companies be honest on their advertising so we can be better informed before purchasing

Hmmm. Disappointing. I ordered cycling shoes for my wife UK size 5. They are nice shoes as I have a pair myself (bought from Amazon) but as Amazon don’t sell them anymore I got them direct from website. Two weeks later they turned up. European size 35 which is a 2-2.5 in UK sizes. I checked my order and I definitely asked for UK size 5 but what I didn’t pay attention to was the size in brackets was 35. Well that’s a mistake. A 35 is not a 5 in UK size. They’ve been contacted but based on some of the reviews I’ve read I’m not holding out much hope.

Seems I got off quite lightly compared to other customers. I received my order so late it was unwanted, I had meanwhile ordered from another company and received the item in 2 days. Attempted return and refund, Black Norway stalled, gave excuses then stopped answering emails altogether. Realised that if they ever did provide a return address, they certainly wouldn't provide a refund, so gave up, which of course is exactly what they were aiming for. Shocking, dishonest company.

I wish I'd checked trustpilot for reviews before I ordered on this website as i woukd never have ordered fro the company. I purchased a telescopic fishing rod and reel for my partner and clearly been scammed as item not received and no response to my emails the item and £80 lighter !! More fool me for not checking this appalling scamming company !

I ordered what was advertised as a good quality pair of sunglasses. What I received was a cheap pair of completely different sunglasses, damaged as they had come from China, wrapped in a single layer of bubble wrap!!
Customer services, who can only send one email a day at 8am on the dot, simply refuse to refund me. They have offered me a new pair of sunglasses and make it sound like they are doing me a favour. They obviously only sell cheap fakes despite charging £80.
Steer clear and avoid at all costs!!

Wish I had read the reviews...heated mitts ordered...£80 reduced in sale to £39....the instructions are screwed up and not readable in Chinese.. Mitts are poor quality and not really worth more than £10 dont work either....
Also hole in the material inside..

If I could give no stars that would be to many. Anyone likely to order from this website stay well clear it’s a scam, I purchased a knife set for £125, I ended up with a set worth £10, the metal blades have know rusted, original order was for black blades with black handles we ended up with silver cheap blades and orangey brown handles, they offered me 30% refund knowing I woundn’t send them back to China, they look as if they’re trading in uk but that’s a lie it’s China.
Stay we away from these absolute con.

Shocking Service start to finish. I ordered a four seasons double sleeping bag. After three weeks of no delivery, no delivery update I started chasing. I was told it was being shipped from China and I’ve been delivered to them, not me. I was unaware that the order was getting shipped from China and it would take this long to arrive so I asked to cancel the order. I needed the sleep bag for a trip and it wouldn’t arrive on time. That was ignored at first and then eventually they agreed to cancel the order and refund me. Then I got two different emails confirming my cancellation and refund. Once stated, I’ll be refunded within seven working days and then another email telling me I’d be refunded in 2 to 3 weeks. I have no product and no clue how long the refund is going to take. I’ve been left with no choice but to take it up with my bank after the 30 days. My advice would be to avoid this company.

There isn't an option for zero stars and believe me this company does not deserve even one star.
I ordered a GPS watch (advertised with map screen display) and they sent me a 'sports watch'. It didn't have GPS at all - just gave medical data like pulse rate and sleep hours. When I contacted them I was told it gave height & barometric pressure data. Maybe it does, but it's not GPS. I asked for a refund they said they would discount 20% and I could keep the watch. I refused and asked for a return & refund. They said they would discount 30% and I could keep the watch. I refused and asked for a return & refund. They responded by saying that I must return it to an address in China with full transit insurance paid. This would have cost more than the watch.
So, I have applied to my bank for a full refund and told them they can collect the watch within two weeks.
Be aware that their customer care is pure AI, so this is what everyone will get.
If you have made the mistake of buying from them, use your bank for the refund. Don't give up. If you give up it gives them a decent fraudulent business model.

Ordered a set of ‘bespoke’ iron covers costing £79.99 and when they finally arrived wrapped in a clear plastic bag with no literature at all including no receipt I realised I’d been mugged off.They are not particularly well made and the same ‘made in China’ label is in them.I don’t expect these to last any longer than a set costing a quarter of the price.Please ignore the obviously fake 5* reviews on their website. Hat tip to Instagram for allowing yet more crap to be advertised on their platform.

I ordered cycling shoes when you buy stuff they show UK address as contact us. When the shoes arrived they were poor quality without any tags or stickers not worry £ 10 but I paid £ 50. When I emailed for return form. They said keep them will refund 30% insisted for return address they gave me address in CHINA to return what a joke. Total scam I please don't but nothing quality is appaling
