The Best Customer Service ever!
My shipment took a little longer than expected and I was not receiving current updates from the courier. I contacted Black Maple customer service and boy was I happy to speak with a representative named Ash.
Ash talked me off the ledge several times last week regarding my order that was urgently needed by a certain date. Now I realize nothing could magically speed up my order but Ash understood the urgency and was a kind voice of reason. Each morning before I could contact Ash, he had already sent me an email update, (Who does that?!)
This is the type of employee that should train all new hire “customer service staff” at Black Maple Trading!
I will be sharing my good experience with all my friends & family. As an added bonus, the Canadian themed hoodie and tee shirt I ordered are fantastic, so it’s a win-win for me.

Well made hoodie. Great iconic design.
Where you dropped the ball is on the sleeves. The sleeve length is too short and the cuff is not tapered, it puffs out at the cuff.
Unfortunately it ruins the hoodie. We won’t wear them.

Original products but takes long to receive
I love the originality of the products. Only thing that is disappointing is the shipping time. The website says 2-12 business days. Since I live in the same city as the company I figured it would be the on the shorter end of the shipping times. But it took the maximum amount of time.
