I was able to complete and pay for an order on BlackCircles.ca for an item that was later confirmed to be not in stock. At no point during checkout was there any indication that the item was backordered or unavailable.

I was only informed after payment that the product was not available. For an online retailer, accurate inventory visibility is fundamental, and this experience significantly undermined my confidence in the reliability of their ordering system.

If stock availability or lead times had been clearly disclosed before purchase, I would not have placed the order. Transparency at checkout is essential, especially for customers making time‑sensitive decisions. Based on this experience, I would be cautious about relying on inventory information shown on this website.

We are very pleased with the experience we had buying tires with Blackcircles.ca. The website was super easy to use and the best part is the tires arrived within 3 days and free shipping. We have already recommended to coworkers to look into buying tires here. The only negative is no tracking number with the order. But we can deal with that since everything else is great 👍

Purchased brand new tires but received used tires. I was told by customer rep they only sell new tires but received used tires. their suppliers are multiple shops and dont know what theyre physically selling. return process took over a month. even after they had purolator with tracking picked up the used tires they had to "wait for their supplier to credit them" what a nightmare, i would avoid this company, better off dealing with a locale store or a national tire chain where you can see the tires.

I purchased a wheel and tire package and they were the best price I can find. But my wheels originally were sent to the wrong address however I dealt with their customer service team, and I was helped my super team member there (Cathy Richard) which was able to quickly and professionally provide me with new shipping details and recovered my wheels. She went above and beyond in level of service. She kept me in the loop and got my wheels on delivered on time too.

This is the first time I tried Black Circles. I bought Uniroyal Tiger Paws. I priced them at a few places. They beat everyone's price. Delivery was 2 days. I called to ask a question. Customer service was knowledgeable and helpful. I will recommend Black Circles.

Good website, shopping experience online and pricing. But very poor delivery service : one email confirming that the order was placed, then NO email regarding shipping at any point (neither a tracking number, or date, or even "delivered"), only to find the tires one day, returning from work, piled up in front of my house 6 feet from the street, available to be stolen by anyone (very common in the area with amazon and else) -- VERY POOR DELIVERY SERVICE.
