Had a slightly complicated enquiry about a gift for a family member. Email was answered really quickly and it was very helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Courier split order so order delivered across two days but customer service reply was prompt and reassuring. Good quality hex dumbells.

Initial delivery had components missing and I was unable to complete assembly and requested a review from Blackbearfitness.

Although there was a slight misunderstanding to commence with Blackbearfitness fulfilled their promise and forwarded the components with spares that has allowed me to complete the assembly of the rack and stack all the dumbbells correctly.
