We had Jon as our sales rep and I'm not sure where to begin. From beginning to end jon always had a quick response with all my questions. All I had for jersey idea was a few pictures. After trying to explain to jon my "vision" his design team created the perfect jersey for our team. The price is fair and the delivery was quicker than promised. This is the third time we have used black biscuit and I'm sure when the time comes we will use them again. Thank you again for dealing with me.

Customer service was great. I had emailed them due to the fact that we ordered the pants and it still was not shipped about a week later. They checked into it and it was shipped almost immediately. It took a little longer then expected but just in time for my sons first hockey game! Along in the package was a thank you and sorry written on the package slip. Not many places do that. My son loves the pants and we can’t wait to try them out in his first game on 9/29/24.

Been wearing bb pants for 20 years. I finally gave in and replaced my oldest pair this week. I received a pair that fits perfectly. I was a little concerned because they're so light... My old pair you could have probably thrown through a car windshield they were so heavy! No issues though so far with the new construction. Still the best in the biz.

The original pants I ordered were the wrong size, so I was able to call and speak with someone directly about getting a different size sent as well as a return label that I could print out and put in the mail that day. Super customer service!

Great hockey pants. Only thing I would recommend is some sort of small pocket for keys or phone ….

Design of these pants was awesome. The belt and the Velcro around the bottom of the legs. I am a little taller and XL was the largest size offered. They could be about 4" longer on me

There was a stock issue and shipping issue. They handled it well and got items shipped asap.
