No Support, No Responses, No Indicators – My BKTraders Experience
I joined BKTraders with high expectations after watching a lot of their YouTube content.
I was convinced to purchase their VIP membership for $145 per month, which on paper is supposed to offer a lot of valuable knowledge and support. Unfortunately, after paying, I was very disappointed to discover that there was basically no one to consult with regarding the content.
I posted questions in the official VIP section and tagged Kathy and Boris, but no one responded. I also sent them private messages through Discord, and again, I received no answer, even though they were active and online in the server.
I sent countless messages to customer support through the website and also to the official email address, but no one replied there either.
They also promised to provide indicators after completing a specific form, but I never received those indicators.
I do not know if I would call the service a complete scam, but it is definitely extremely unprofessional and does not deliver what it promises. In my opinion, it was a complete waste of money.
By the way, I am not the only one complaining about these exact issues. Other members inside the VIP community are also saying that they are not receiving any response or support.
Overall, BKTraders presents itself as a professional trading community, but my experience was the exact opposite. The lack of communication, lack of support, and failure to deliver promised tools made this service very disappointing.
