Not sure where to start...
Not sure where to start.
Overall, the most unprofessional and, frankly, odd interactions I've had with a company.
After waiting over 2 months for an order we placed of motherboards, we were then told our order was "lost." Also asked for some quotes on apple products, chased about 4 times but never got it.
When chasing some weeks later, they were preparing replacements but with completely incorrect parts, much lower spec than what we initially ordered.
At this stage it was already unprofessional and frustrating experience but I was willing to push through just to get what we ordered.
My last message read "How many have you prepped to ship today?"
The owner didnt understand what i had written. Instead of simply asking, he replied "I don't F*£!ing understand your slang" that he is foreign and sick of the brittish, that I should deal with a British person and that the British empire is long over...
After i told him he is being a bit racist he then refused to work with us, told me some stuff about death camps and that his daughter is mixed race, therfor couldnt possibly be racist (Probably not half British by the sounds of things so not sure the relevancy.)
He also made a vague physical threat by saying he would deliver them in person so I could say that to his face.
A company should never bring up race in any capacity to a customer, especially when charged with hate, nor make vague threats of violence.
In summary, the service was already poor but they also seem to hate the British.
I just wanted to buy motherboards but you pushed the issue of race out of nowhere and made it incredibly awkward.
