Yo me registre en Bitsler debido al rating que tenia en este foro, ya que estaba por encima de la media, parecía un lugar agradable, realizaba pocas apuestas pero de buen valor (My KYC estaba casi completo, solo faltaba la proof of address) gane una apuesta y quede con 302 USDT me pidieron completar este paso, que tardo una semana, envie un documento expedido directamente por mi proveedor de servicio, y me dijeron que era fraude y que cerrarian mi cuenta, les quise dar la pagina de donde lo descargue y no quisieron, en fin, me dejaron retirar mi dinero, fue lo unico bueno.

I was having an old account with bitsler in 2017 on which it has 0.80 BTC remaining balance. I use to play hi-lo game and use to withdraw big amounts. Now this year 2025 I found out they wipe out my account,all information and was having issue on login and said my email is not registered well in fact I have all the evidence on my email. They took my 0.80 BTC which is almost $100k USD. I hope this is a lesson to everyone, do not deposit big amounts on this crap casino because they will shutdown your account and take your money. I messaged the support last day and now I am not able to message the support, they banned me.
I am now taking a legal action on this matter as I have all evidence to show.

I will delete this review once they settle and resolve this issue
