This is a through and through scam company. I purchased a one time USD 29.99 lesson from them. Couldn't access the lessons online after 4 sessions. Their "app" is non-existent. All the links in their emails sent to me directs you to their purchase page. After being suspicious, I checked my paypal and there's a recurring payment to them. I did not subscribe to any monthly payment lessons. I removed them from my subscriptions. I also removed my credit card in paypal to make sure I don't get charged anything. Very frustrating to say the least.

I'm not able unsubscribe it. They are directly debiting £70 pounds. Complete scam. I emailed them on the email provided but no response. Please be aware guys it's a scam

This is a complete scam. I have unsubscribed three times, but the amount is still being deducted from my account every month without my permission. I request that you immediately refund my deducted amount and permanently unsubscribe me from this service.

Scammers. Took money for full access without approval. Emailing them at info at bitesy.org multiple times for past few days no reply. Avoid, its a total scam.

Je me suis abonné à AI Tutor et c'est une véritable arnaque. Quand je veux annuler mon abonnement, leur application m'envoie une erreur 404 !

I have subscribe for AI Tutor and this is a real scam. When I want to cancell my subscription, there application send me 404 error !!!!!

UPDATE: Finally I found an email where I could send the request for cancellation. They said my subscription is cancelled. We will see. The email is not published anywhere at the website or the app. You will never be able to find the subscription cancellation menu in the app. Everything is done for making cancellation very complicated. Is it because the developers do not know how to make this menu in the app? I doubt it. I live 1 star as before.

Do not subscribe to this app. Their advertisements are misleading. I subscribed on April 30 for the standard feature, and on May 1 I upgraded to AI Premium after seeing their promotion. However, I am very disappointed—the AI feature does not include the conversation function as advertised. It is not what they showed in their marketing.
I canceled my subscription on May 2 and have already sent two emails requesting a refund, but I have received no response at all.

I subscribed this stupid thing only one month and it has started taking money from my account after that. Please do not pay to these people they are fraud and there is no one to contact if you need help.

I have subscriped bitesy app one year from april 2026. But last two days i cant able to login and during longin after entered the password ,it showed wrong token. Yesterday sent an email to bitesy and today sent reminder not yet received any feedback. I paid 90 USD if didnt solve the issue asked to repay but no word from bitesy.

I had a very disappointing experience with the Bitesy language app. After subscribing, I immediately realized that the app does not offer the AI live tutor feature that was implied/promoted.
I contacted support right away to request a refund. Initially, they agreed to refund 25%, then increased it to 50%, and eventually confirmed a full 100% refund. However, they asked me to wait 24 hours for an email confirmation.
Despite sending multiple follow-up emails, I have received no response since then and no refund has been processed.
This lack of transparency and poor customer support is extremely frustrating. I would advise others to be cautious before subscribing.

I subscribed to Bitesy for three months after seeing their Facebook ads, which suggested interaction with live people or AI. However, after subscribing, I realized the service only offers a set of standard questions and text corrections—essentially features that a regular search engine could provide. I have tried contacting them via email but received no response, and there is no phone number available.

Subscribed for a month to trial this on 1st May. The Web App worked for couple of days and now I’m not able to log in with same credentials and forget password doesn’t send anything to your email. Not sure what to do next as there is no contact details to contact them.

I purchased 3 month subscription of Betesy. At the moment I could not login to the app with the account I signed up. I tried to reset my passwor hopping to help out but I also dont receive password reset emails. I got in contact with Bitesy before 2 days telling my problem. They said that they will get back to me but nothing till then. I threw away my 30 dollar's for nothing, to those who are thinking to purchase subscription kwon that you will face with similar problems, If you don't want to waste your money, just dont do it.

I want to add addition. Bitesy replied that they are taking care about the problem , this is not true, nobody got in contact with mi, my problem is not resolved, I paid for 3 month subscription and now for a 5 day I can not access the lessons because I can not login with my credentials I also can not reset my password because reset password email is not sent. I started to think that this company is scam, I saw similar feedback here and also there may be several that we dont know. I suggest all to be careful and do not purchase subscription from Bitesy, it seems to be fake.

I have paid for 1 month subscription and I received a message acknowledging my cancellation, however Bitesy blocked all the classes I have paid and not completed .

I started the plan on April 25th, everything was fine until today I realized all the lessons I have completed until May 3rd are now showing as uncompleted. I can't unlock the lessons scheduled for the next day, even if I already paid for the plan. Also, I haven't subscribed for AI , and this is now available in the app. How can I contact the provider. It's very disappointing I have to start all lessons again. How can I contact the provider?

I registered under syedkamaalsaba Bitesy deducted some 90 USD without sharing any user and password details and not even app was shared for iPhone. There is a refund policy said at the time of registering. please refund my money ASAP or I have to take some legal actions. It’s very annoying

Bought the 1 month plan and even added the 60 something dollars for the AI thinking I will have a live conversation with an AI avatar as advised, but nothing only chatbot I mean who pays 60 bucks to have a chat with a chatbot. Now when I try cancelling my subscription I get user with email not found, so far have disputed the transaction with the bank hoping to get my refund. Please just be honest with your advertisement.
