The worst company I have ever experienced. Their sales team is so cheap and irritating. They keep calling you repeatedly, even after you say you are not interested in their services. Pathetic bunch of people.

This company is the biggest scam there is! We signed up with them and once the payment processed their team simply stops replying. We had a what’s all group with 25+ people including Vinayak’s +91 85880 48086 and nobody replied. We lost revenue for 60+ days!! Eventually got fed up and left.

Now since this it’s been 15+ months and they keep calling me spamming me from countless numbers. I’ve explained in length at least 3 times (over 30 mins each) so as to why we cannot switch or use your new voice ai tool but they keep on spamming me continuously with no regard or respect for my time!

i keep telling vinayak and now even he has blocked me. I myself would love to block and move on but their team has been harassing me from countless numbers, unscheduled with zero respect towards my time. I am pissed off with these non stop repetitive calls i’ve called cyber crime on them

They don’t update their systems, they sell you products that don’t work, founder himself is the most useless, unprofessional person there is. Keeps saying sorry let me check then doesn’t check or fix anything not a single thing

i am in deep regret that they have my number and there no way for me to stop these countless calls.

Fraudsters. They charged us 1.21lakhs(including 18k GST) and didnt declare the GST invoice. So they were attempting to never declare the invoice so that they can steal the 18k GST as well. When we highlighted this they only partially declared the invoice on GST portal for only 55k, showing their second attempt to steal the money. Now we have been constantly following up with them since 3months but they are just ignoring us with empty promises and not declaring the balance invoice.
Plus they are automatically debiting credits from our account and that too for messages to third world international countries like brazil where we never run ads to. It has been over 2 months since we have highlighted this issue as well but here also they are not providing any resolution.

Beware of these thieves!
I had an absolutely terrible experience with BiteSpeed. They automatically debited money from my bank account without proper authorization, and when I reached out to them, they gave me nothing but false promises. They completely avoid taking responsibility for anything they claim they offer.

Their "AI" services? Non-existent. I was sold on the idea of cutting-edge technology, but there was nothing delivered at all. I asked for a refund and, after months of follow-ups, they gave me a partial refund—hardly what I was promised. The whole process was frustrating, time-consuming, and they seem to have no interest in supporting their customers once they've signed you up.

No one responds after the onboarding phase, and it's clear they just want your money. Save yourself the hassle and avoid these scammers at all costs!
