Shop owner has attitude
Nice items but the shop owner, claiming to be a one woman show, has serious attitude problems. She changed my order because she thought I’d like a different item better. As if. What business does this? She says she didn’t know what i ordered?!?! but she could have messaged me and the invoice was clear about the item ordered. When I left feedback about this, she sent me a message saying she does everything on her own (kinda like the rest of us that are self employed) and she was going to replace the item but because I told the truth in my feedback, she had no intention to fix the problem.

My first and only response to you when you notified me of receiving the wrong color necklace was that you could return/exchange it and you would be sent a return label.... you stated it was too much of a hassle.
I remain and will always remain professional in all my transactions. My Etsy store has 2700 sales with 5 solid stars.... This is my first negative review and my first Trustpilot review. So thank you for introducing me to this platform. I have now set up my Business profile here. all bad things happen for good reasons. :-)
