Quotation process was efficient, was very impressed by the detailed information provided, regarding best value and quality equipment that we should buy. From quotation to installion, only 3 working days, cannot fault that. All up and running in one day, very satisfied with the excellent service from the Bishop team.

We had a full installation of a new gas boiler, heating system and thermostat to modern standards. The engineers were polite, arrived on time, worked till late and explained the Nest technology of the system. Contacted Bishop plumbing & heating Ltd through reading reviews, arranged to have a soffit flue kit to the external boiler flue on our newly build property to have best practice because of the failure of the developer, installed on the day and time as given from the start to the completion of the works extremely very happy with the communications of the office staff, price, and installation by Paul Bishop and his colleague, thoroughly recommended and will be using again and recommending this company in future.

The team at Bishop (Paul, Antonio and Harry) installed the latest intelligent cylinder and boiler for us last week, and did a great job. Kept us informed throughout, were very precise with their work, and everything worked first time. We're very happy with our decision to ask them to do this complex installation.

Paul (the guvnor) obviously knew his stuff so didn't have to sell the business to me when he surveyed a week or so before installation.
Yes, I had cheaper quotes, but, they couldn't offer the same 10 year warranty & service back-up.
Initially pleased with the product (Worcester Bosch Greenstar 4000 30 KW combi boiler) & installation.
Only time will tell regarding their service & warranty support.

First class service from Bishop Plumbing. Antonio and Harry did a fantastic job of installing a new boiler and hot water cylinder. Can't recommend them enough - worked extremely hard, clean, tidy. Went the extra mile in resolving an issue (not of their making but meant that they couldn't commission the new boiler).
