Have been with biscuit from the beginning. It makes so much sense to get freebies for walking your dog when you would do it anyway. We like to use our points at miller and carter and always reward our dog with some steak.
I have recommended this to several friends who have all joined and are happy.

What have you done to this app
Gave it 2 because when it works, its quite good.
The trouble is, it hardly works.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled so many times because I can't end a walk, or it doesn't record any distance.
I probably lose 3 or 4 days of walks every week.
You send an email and you get a standard response asking you to record this, do this, stop that.
It takes hours each go and still doesn't work.
I bet I lose 100 biscuits a week at the moment.
Quick to take my £3.99 a month though. Not any more. Simply not worth it l.
Was brilliant when it came out.

We’ve recently made some improvements to how walks are processed in the background, which helps performance overall, but it can sometimes lead to issues like this for certain users. We’d really like to take a closer look at what’s going on in your case.

It sounds like your walks are either slow to update or not recording properly while you’re out, which we know can take the fun out of it. Walk tracking should feel smooth and reliable, so this isn’t the experience we want for you.
We’ve recently made some behind-the-scenes improvements to how walks are processed, which means updates can occasionally take a little longer to come through while everything syncs up. That said, it definitely shouldn’t feel inconsistent.
If you can, please drop us a message at support@biscuitpetcare.com with a bit more detail about when this happens. For example, if it’s in low signal areas or happens on every walk. That’ll help us pinpoint what’s going on and get things running as they should.

I absolutely love biscuit
I absolutely love biscuit! I have always been the sort of person who walks my dogs regularly and make sure that their breed needs are met, they have daily enrichment as well as enriching Walks, weals do some dog sports such as , scent work, tracking and even Agility however Biscuit always keeps me mindful of exactly how much exercise every day my dogs do and I get rewarded for doing it! It’s a win win for me and for them and I’m really delighted, thank you very much. We look forward to more walks and rewards in the year ahead!

This is a good little app, when the GPS works. Regularly have issues with it not recording the distance correctly or at all. Good choice of rewards.
