Jo was so lovely and kind. She is full of knowledge which means the classes are informative. A great start to prep ypu for the next steps

Jo was very friendly and obviously had alot of knowledge and experience to share! I used the course as a sort of 'refresher' as this was my second baby, but I learnt alot of things that I didn't know (or had forgotten!) from the first time round. The smaller group size also means you have plenty of opportunity to ask questions.

Jo made everything feel relaxed and easy to understand. She covered labour, pain relief, feeding and newborn basics without it feeling overwhelming. We were in a small group which made it more intimate and we felt comfortable asking questions- nothing felt silly!

We had such an amazing experience with BirthPlus! Jo is a total font of knowledge and answered every single one of our questions (and as first-time parents, we had plenty!). She made my partner and I feel so much more at ease about the lead-up to the big day, the labour itself, and even those first few weeks with a newborn. We loved the small, intimate group—it felt like a safe space to ask anything. Jo walked us through all our birth options and explained all the different tools and prep involved so clearly. If you’re a first-time parent looking for a supportive, fun, and super-informative environment, I can’t recommend these classes enough!

Jo’s classes were absolutely fantastic. Myself and my partner learnt so much as first time expectant parents. We would highly recommend this course to anyone who wants to learn about pregnancy, birth and post natal care. The classes were small and intimate with just 4 couples, which made us feel very comfortable, as we were able to ask plenty of questions. The 2 hour sessions were the perfect length, although we could have sat and listened to Jo for hours as she is so knowledgeable and experienced. If you are in doubt whether or not to book these classes please just go for it, as they are so rewarding and you learn so much.
