Ordered via B&Q website. Bought a small double bed as it was next day delivery - has still not arrived 5 days later. Shocking service - was told it was because we lived jn scotland!! Can't comment on bed as not arrived.

The delivery guys were fantastic and it is good quality.
One fly in the ointment was the delivery charge which almost stopped me from buying as I thought it was excessive.

The item of furniture arrived exactly within the slot and the delivery men were extremely good and they put the item in the room that I wanted it in they also took it out of the packaging for me. This was a great help as I am a disabled pensioner. They were also very friendly and courteous while they were in my home.

My chest of drawers was delivered so fast, I couldnt believe it. It was well packaged. It is a beautiful piece of furniture , well made and good quality. It came fully assembled with clear intructions of how to remove the drawers. The company even have a youtube channel showing you how to remove the drawers . Now i want to purchase something else from the company. Hopefully the company have the perfect coffee table with drawers in stock.

Birlea small double cream…
Bought the Birlea small double cream metal bed frame. Bed frame took slightly longer to assemble in just under two hours as I did this by myself (F60) and stopped for a coffee. All items needed are supplied and instructions for numbered parts which go together well. Hardest part was fitting the wooden slats as the plastic housing brackets are tight to get into the frame. It does state in the instructions not to tighten all fixings up til the end - I had to loosen the support strut along the bottom of the frame to adjust for the bed end. On the whole a productive morning and bed looks fab 😁.

We ordered a Birlea Rio bed and it is dreadful…
We ordered a Birlea Rio bed and mattress combo from BandQ online. The bed frame arrived, but the mattress didn't. Decided to assemble the bed anyway. The finish is rough, the headboard looks dreadful with gaps and on top of that one coupling screw had no thread in it, and one half moon nut was missing... Was going to get three more of these as we have 5 children and are moving into a new home.... Won't be happening. Ordered replacement hardware from Amazon as it will be quicker than waiting for a response from Birlea

The zipper is broken
I bought Berlin Ottoman Brown bed. There is a zipper which put all the parts at the back of the headboard. However, the zipper is throw away and cannot close

Fantastic product and delivery
I ordered a mirrored 6 drawer chest which has arrived on time in perfect condition. I wasn’t available to receive the order but a friend tracked the app and popped round for the two hour window. This in itself was a godsend. She could track exactly where they were in the country and how long they’d be. Perfect. Just what you need. The guys were extremely helpful and kindly lifted the heavy item up two floors to the desired bedroom. Exceptional Service. Quality item. Fabulous tracking system. 10/10.
