Delivery A* nice delivery people, also took direct to the room it was going in, all I can say is thank goodness you can Utube how you can assemble the bed, the paper instructions aren’t great, I even put the bed together on my own, only needed my husbands help putting the frame onto the bed together hold the mattress

We appreciate your note about the instructions — it’s great that the YouTube guides helped, and well done on assembling most of the bed yourself!
Assembly will take much longer than you think
The instructions are backwards and start at the end rather than at a sensible point. The furniture needs to be put together with plastic doweling rather than wood, which flattens and mushrooms rather than slotting together neatly. Once put together the bed looks good and feels sturdy but the assembly process is not simple at all

After spending nearly 1k on furniture i was disappointed with the result. Broken edges, missing parts and flimsy doors. I was offered £16.00 as a good will gesture when I raised the missing parts query. Could do a lot better elsewhere

Bed broke after 1.5 years
Bed only lasted 1.5 years before breaking, they would not reimburse us despite it being guaranteed for 5 years as they blamed this on bolts not being tightened regularly enough when it was the legs that had snapped, completely unrelated to any bolt related issues

Our products do come with 12month warranty however this is managed through the original retailer. Any warranty agreed out of 12 months is agreed by the retailer who will assess the claim in line with their warranty terms. If you have not already done so, we would recommend continuing to work with your retailer so they can review the issue further and advise on the next steps.

I have asked for Birlea to pick up the bed frame from me ,none of the holes on the bed line up so I cant fit it together, it says not to use power tools on it ,there is no other way to make new holes ,i already gave my bed away to make room for new bed ,so I am now sleeping on mattress on floor, im waiting for Birlea to contact me regarding return.very disappointed

The guys that delivered our furniture were friendly, polite and very helpful placing the items in the lounge.
The packaging of the items to avoid any damage was the best I have ever seen a lot of thought and care must go into the process.

A cumbersome build and a not high quality product
Product assembly time was rated 30 minutes and was more like 3 hours. Build quality seems pretty shaky. The product's drawers don't hook up after following the instructions, just make an awful noise or get stuck half way through. Feel like I've wasted my money.

Excellent Quality Bed
My bed was delivered in a timely manner and arrived exactly when expected. All the parts were included, which made the process smooth and hassle-free. The instructions were very clear and easy to follow, so assembling the bed didn’t take long at all.
The bed frame itself is brilliant quality and looks amazing once set up. I’m extremely happy with both the product and the service provided. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely recommend.
