This company is the best! Rebecca is absolutely amazing and so very helpful. Highly recommend!

Very nice earrings. Easy to shop. Price a little high.

Such a wonderful company. The rings I wear were my mothers who passed in 2016. Birkat has always been so wonderful in any questions, concerns, repairs or cleaning I’ve needed. Rebecca is always so helpful and kind. Highly recommend this company for any of your jewelry needs.

I was trying to find earrings for my boyfriend, but real diamonds were just so expensive. I wanted to splurge on him a bit, though, and when I found these, they were perfect. I think he’s gonna like them!

I have purchased from here before and really still enjoy that ring. I purchased another ring today and had a question before buying. Rebecca really answered my questions in order to guide me in this purchase and even texted me pictures. I only wish that more of the pieces had videos of them. Some do and some do not. It helps to see a 360 of the jewelry you want to purchase especially if you are buying it online. But I do not question the quality. Like I said I have a ring from here already and you seriously cannot tell it is not real. I have purchased many cz’s in my life but their jewelry is exceptional!

My earrings are very high quality…. And always a joy to wear !!

We shipped a ring for repair in the original ring box. The ring was returned in a pouch and all requests to get the box back were ignored.

Beautiful website, many choices. It has taken me several weeks to make a decision .

Rebecca is so fantastic with her input with order selection and explaining products. Gorgeous products, and amazing turnaround with products with FED EX Delivery!!!

Easy to communicate with. My ring is absolutely gorgeous!

The website was so easy to go through. There was different collections to go through. The process was so easy to pick what you want that best suits you.

They have such beautiful jewelry and their customer service is top notch.

Placed my order, the called to see approximate shipping date. Rebecca spoke with me and explained how they were handling the order and said she would expedite as much as she could. Great customer service!

I had just made an order and then I had to cancel it. The sales person at Birkat Elyon was very kind and cancelled the order without any fuss. I appreciated it so much. I will trust this company in the future whenever I reorder from them that they stand behind their promises of refunds or exchanges etc.
