I did buy directly 4 units for around 500 dollars to deter once a year birds from cherry trees. After 3 weeks of using 1 years ago keeping in storage none of them works. Charge from charger at home plus on sun. Only at the end of the day when sun goes down it makes 2 times sounds. Obviously built in batteries are crap. Called to tech support several times. Their answer is supposed to work after changing at home with original charger And 1 year warranty. So lost time, money, season, cherries. 1 year 40 days old trash . Sealed to point that has to be broken apart completely to replace battery. What a shame

I’ve heard a lot of good things about your 6 foot spindle, spider, bird repellent. I purchased one . Where are the bolts holds the wiring snapped within two months. Tried calling Head Office and won’t refund or send a replacement . Can’t believe I

I have purchased several of the bird repellers and spiders; when they are not broken they actually work pretty well for me. the problem is that they all have broken - at the plastic housing around the spindle, or at the base. Super discouraging. there was very little wind. I wish this companywould address thier manufacturaing defect of the cheap plastic they use. I wrap the spindle housing with electrical tape to shore up the cheap quality stalks, but the last 2 just broke too. sigh

Bird B Gone gel was used by maintenance personnel at my apartment complex. He put it inside of a nest in progress. When the Barn Swallow returned to the nest, she became covered in the product and could no longer fly. I tried, without success, to clean her. The substance was just too sticky. She ultimately died. I later found out that this isn't the first bird to have been killed by this awful product. Even if that isn't its intended purpose, it should be pulled from the shelves regardless, as it has too much potential to harm the birds.

Beware. I bought a 25 ft by 75 ft piece of the 3/4 inch netting. This was not 25x75. Each end tapered to a point and was in no mean cut square. I had a 26 x52 ft area to cover. this very difficult to install because of the way it was cut. I barley had enough to finish the job.

Complete ripoff. Aromatic product did not work...and deeply stained my car paint. Customer Service promised to help but has gone silent. Totally bogus and damaging product from a bunch if scammers

The product I purchased didn’t work out for me, I asked to return it. The company then charged me a website discount, restocking fee and shipping. So I basically lost about $12 because the product didn’t work for me.

Read the small print you pay to return items even if they were never opened unlike other big companies that send you a return receipt they don’t. I went to send back my bird spikes unopened and it was going to cost me 73.00 I paid 109.00 for them lol!!! Really bad return policy even for unopened things. Never buy from them direct again better from a 3rd company. Awful!!!

My Repeller 360 broke in the first storm. Company said in effect that they were just kidding when they said it will not fall apart in high winds.

As a Small Business Owner it would be nice to get a Business Discount on the Website, But found no place to put my E.I.N. Number.
But all in all I give 5 stars!

Bird B Gone has a customer service dept that all companies should strive to achieve too. I will buy products from them again with confidence.

I have used Bird Spiders on sandbags to keep birds off of our boat for over 10 years. It is a great product. Ordering from the company is quick and easy. I can recommend the Bird Spiders without reservation.

The bird spike helped tremendously. Now all the Turkey buzzards can sit on my neighbors house since she likes to feed stray animals.
