Turbocharges my immune system
For over a year now, I've been on this journey with Biotikur, and honestly, I couldn't be more pleased with where we've ended up. The biggest thing for me? Pain got worse
It has made my stomach problems much worse. For me, it turned out that the abdominal pain was caused by irritable bowel syndrome, with some of its ingredients being among the triggers of the FODMAP diet. But after contacting them they did offer me a good alternative, which I could appreciate.

Would definitely recommend this company and their product
I've been using biotikur for about 6 months now and I must say I'm quite happy with the results. It took a month or so to see positive changes in my skin and hair and about three months to feel the effect on my gut and mood. I have a bit of a problem with the texture of the powder since it doesn't completely dissolve in the water, but that's a personal dislike. Also, I've contacted the company and they were very prompt and friendly in their responses. I would definitely recommend this.

LOVE IT
I am now on the second month and I must say it really helps. The instructions are easy to follow and they also send emails to help you learn about gut health. They created a survey to determine the status of your gut health and had somebody evaluate it as well and gave you tips what to do about it. This gives really the impression they do care that people improve their health.
Furthermore, their customer service is great. The subscription renewal was a bit tight when it came to shipping times as the second one would arrive a few days after I finished the previous one but the customer service helped me adjust the renewal time so for next month it will be in time!
Unjust and careless
I am writing this review based on my experience on 13/06/23. I live in Luxembourg and I order a lot of things online. Today I had a really terrible experience with the delivery of biotikur parcel. I am still not sure what happened and why it happened that way. I received an email that my parcel was delivered on 08/06/23 and when I arrived home in the evening it was nowhere to be found (there is a designated area in my building to leave parcels). So I contacted customer service to let them know about it. So there was back and forth email about the fact that they changed the service provider for delivery (from DPD to DHL) and that apparently they left the parcel with the neighbour which was not true as I ended up disturbing my neighbour for nothing since they never received anything on my behalf. Then biotikur offered to resend the parcel with UPS which is even worse for me, as I am never home and I reached out to offer the delivery to my office address which was completely ignored. Then I arrived home from work to find my parcel that just appeared out of blue in my building. So I wrote to the customer care that I received it and asked them to ensure this never happens again as it is extremely frustrating and unsatisfying to having to deal with parcel deliveries and if it will be the case again then I will just cancel my subscription. So I spent 6 days of back and forth emailing to deal with all this. And as additional info I order a lot of things from Amazon Germany which is delivered to me the same way, by DHL (and ultimately by Luxembourg Post). I have never ever experienced any problem with deliveries and Post Lux have always left the parcel even when I was not home. I am still not sure why it took them 6 days to finally leave the parcel in the building. And to make everything hundred times worse, after my confirmation to customer care on the receipt of the parcel, I immediately received an email from the manager of biotkur telling me that they do not like my tone and that I have repeatedly threatened to cancel my subscription, which is absolutely not true. And biotkur decided to terminate my subscription themselves as they did not care to lose me as a customer and so that the customer care does not have to deal with my ‘attitude’ anymore. The first time I reached out to customer service because I was genuinely not sure if biotkur was working for me or not and hence was wondering if it would be best to cancel, there was no threat there whatsoever. They kindly offered me a discount so I would continue subscription and could just skip orders anytime I wanted until I was sure. But today’s experience was just awful, sad and very unfair. So much for biotikur customer care.

Just finished my first bag
Just finished my first bag and I do believe I am starting to notice less bloating, I do believe it takes a while for these things to balance out but I will definitely order a second bag. I absolutely love the smell of the powder and it’s like my body is thanking me every morning I’m drinking it so that must be a good sign.
It’s now 1 month I am using the cure
It’s now 1 month I am using the probiotics and prebiotic. Really easy to take every mornings ! My digestion is really improving day by day :) can’t wait to receive the second month and maybe see improvement on my skin !
