I have been trying to contact the Tallahassee Florida BioLife clinic for three weeks. Nobody will answer the phone. I called the Pensacola BioLife center and they can’t even answer a simple yes or no... Mehr ansehen

This review is about not a specific branch but the company overall. as someone who donated for years and took a break for a few years and came back I am disappointed. The "new" payment structure (abou... Mehr ansehen

Biolife
Biolife, Harker Heights Texas is the WORST!!! The techs stand around and gossip, laugh or flirt with the soldiers and forget about the customer. They make the customer's wait and are rude. The clinic stinks, the bathrooms are nasty! The technicians seem inexperienced and are not professional at all, and they all cover for each other. There's only a couple young folks in there that would pull their weight, the rest of them slack, slack, slack. Management needs to change.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND anyone to go there, The staff needs to be changed and need more mature, responsible employees in there.
Third strike your out! I am not going back there again and WILL NOT BE REFERRING ANYONE.
Terry in Nampa is the Best, It is a good thing to donate plasma
It is a good thing to donate plasma, all people are qualified technicians, But I have found that Terry is the best in my book. With her knowledge and experience dealing with needle placement and the veins of the arm. I look for her every time I walk in door, her knowledge and wonderful personality brings me back twice a week. Thank you, Terry, in Nampa Idaho
Loveland gave me a hematoma defer 58…
Loveland gave me a hematoma defer 58 days went back to donate got turn away cuz I went to csl plasma came back here in good faith but due to wrong answer they ban me cuz fda regulations which is a horse poop answer while I was there they had hella folks lining up on a wall slow and they overbook appointments times I wouldn't recommend but they take advantage of the poor and are unappreciated of those who take time out to help those who need these plasma donations unprofessional business why punish the poor guy that your staff gave a hematoma too but does the staff get punished for the hematoma they give ???
Bad Reviews Removed
Apparently Biolife Plasma can pay to have Trustpilot remove bad reviews because my review from 2024 was removed. No explanation why, just that it had been removed.
James and Shamese at Bio life Warner…
Shamese and James at Bio life Warner Robins, Georgia are exceptional people. All the staff members at bio life Warner Robins are amazing.
James is very attentive and really caring. He understood that I had a reaction at my previous donation and remembered me. He payed close attention to my vitals the whole step of the way. He is very knowledgeable and compassionate. Shamese and James follows protocol and was very professional. Shamese was the nurse working and presented such a caring spirit. Anyone looking to donate should go to the Warner Robins, Georgia location. Very clean and caring facility!
My experience was excellent
My experience was good. Came at a good time before they got busy but I got in fast no problems at all. Got an amazing physical done by Tasha. ❤️

2stars due to my short wait in vital…
2stars due to my short wait in vital taking today. Go back to the card system for sections. Vital takers handing out cards after taking vitals to endure donirs dont have to wait on a phlebotomist to chose where they want a donor that they dont want in their section as I have continuosly been sent to the same section (green) with new phlebotomists that are mediiocre/still being trained or phlebotomists that they all have full knowledge that they arent good stickers when other sections are open but due to it being a specific phlebotomists section. I end up being called to the same color with a wait as the section may have machines that havent been set up yet with multiple donors waiting to be stuck. The constant taking and laughing with waiting donors causes unnecessary waiting and time wasting of donors.
Shamed and ostracized based on subjective opinion.
You make time after work to donate, and insufferable nurses like Brandi Hymes and Renee Childers take you aside, get into your personal space, and tell you that you don't "Smell good enough" according to them to donate...meanwhile people go in there (including many workers) reeking of nasty cigarette smoke...These people smell like something Trump #$#$ out and have the nerve to ostracize and criticize others perceived "odor"....
I've donated 85 times at biolife
I've donated 85 times at biolife. I smoke and I have a small cough.Shawnee informed me that if I cough one more time she is going to contact the nurse. Haha. I told her I was not sick and she continued to argue with me. It seems all of the technicians here have quit and they have had to hire whoever they can get their hands on. Today's donation took 3 hours and the staff acts like they could care less. There are people coughing in here all of the time. They certainly did not care when they put a hematoma on my arm on my last visit. Thanks Shawnee!!! It's people like you that make coming here such a pleasure!
BioLife in Rib Mtn Wausau is the worst…
BioLife in Rib Mtn Wausau is the worst place I have ever been to. I was called by the nurse telling me that I’m eligible to donate. Drove all the way down there to be turned around telling me that one of my medications makes me ineligible to donate. They lied to me. I would give this place a negative number if that was an option. If you don’t want to waste your time and money, I would recommend that you stay clear of the Rib Mtn bio life center. Very unprofessional and very deceitful staff there.

Ms.Caitlin was a wizard with the needle game... Best since I've been coming here... Thank you Queen...
So much wrong with this site
So much wrong with this site! Poor communications; nurse did my physical and "sent" request to my doctor to get approval for me to move forward. Doctor never received this. Called several times to this location (over a dozen times) to find out what is going on - never answered except one time just to be hung up on (no greeting). Did their survey following my physical stating these issues with a promised callback from site. No callback. This all happened within a 1 week timeframe. I was referred to this place. So guess what - my person that referred me will be leaving as well and taking their other referrals with them.
I made an appointment for 2nd donation
I made an appointment for 2nd donation. I was registered on the computer on time. There already was a long line. This was a 1020 appointment. I did not get back to a chair until 1130. The appointment time does not seem to matter. If they do allow walk-in they should be separate of appointments. The donation was 45 min. The wait to donate was 90 min. Needs streamlining at front end.
The only complaint I really have is it…
The only complaint I really have is it seems like on my bonus days and my hematocrit level drops like eight points in two days🤷🏻♀️👀and that just does not make any sense to me?? Seems like an easy way to save money to me??
Wouldn’t recommend it it totally…
Wouldn’t recommend it it totally depends on who is sticking you for the plasma donation.
There is an older lady with gray curly hair and a middle-aged man with a beard that is balding that will cause hematoma is lasting weeks posting photos
You sign a waiver so there’s no recourse for your injuries
Donation
Donation. Complete. You think I got paid nope. Called and called for a half hour and NOBODY picked up the phone. Now their closed and I still didn't get paid.
It's like a slap in the face
BEWARE
BEWARE! MARKETING SCAM LOCATION!!!!
When you are allowed to donate it is fine. BUT!!!!! They will advise you can get a “new donor” bonus of 700+ dollars if you donate 8 times in 30 days. You have to wait 48 hours between donatations and can’t donate more than 2 times in 7 days. That’s all great in theory.
However, on your 3rd visit they will take a blood sample and “send it off”. That blood test will then conveniently not return for 5-10 business days and you aren’t allowed to donate until it returns. On some instances it never returns and is “lost” or “arrives at the facility but is to eroded and old to be tested”.
You can not call and check the status of if the results came back so you have to drive to the location and check until u get lucky enough for them to tell you “oh it’s back yea you can donate”
In short you can never make the new donor bonus. And you will spend more in gas driving to the location than you will make from donating.
2 hour wait
2 hour wait, while letting people go out of order. Me and an another black girl waited 2 hours even with appointments. They had let people who were there after us go before us. Nice to some people but mostly rude
