I love Bio&Me! Such a healthy brand - love their products - they make my gut feel good!!

I try yogurt and porridge from Bio &me . I do love this both products.

Great tasting bars full of healthy seeds and oats! Will look at trying some other products as well

I was a bit nervous about kefir but I couldn’t ignore the hype any longer so got myself some mango kefir yoghurt and it was delicious. Recommend!

I’m so pleased to have discovered Bio and Me. I love the simple, clean, tasty ingredients. Nice to know I’m getting a variety of plant based foods within one bowl of muesli.

Genuinely love all products from Bio&Me. Clean ingredients that are actually healthy. Love their cereals for my go-to morning breakfast to meet my protein+fibre intake and the best part it tasted great too!

The Bio & Me Cocoa & Hazelnut Protein Granola is fast becoming my go to brekkie. It really does fill me up to lunch time & usually I’m a big snacker! Tastes good too. Even better paired with some Bio & Me kefir. 🥣😋

Breakfasts made better!! I’ve been struggling with finding a good breakfast for a while… until I came across Bio & Me! I’ve loved their vanilla yoghurt & recently tried the granolas… 10/10! It’s so nice knowing that I’m fuelling my body with goodness every morning. Will be a long term fan!

Absolutely love Bio & Me products they are consistent and absolutely delicious. I recently tried the overnight oats and what a game changer mixed with the Kefir 😍, win win. I also love the little porridge pots, they are great for mornings when I don't have long or even for travelling.

I tried the golden syrup flavour porridge from Bio & Me the other day but it’s so much more than just golden syrup! There’s dates, almonds, sunflower, linseed and pumpkin seeds, quinoa flakes, all squished into this little tub to make a delicious, healthy porridge. I am very impressed with this and it was only 95p in Holland & Barret. I think I might be buying these again as they feel really healthy and filling for a quick breakfast. They are stand out, an awful lot tastier and healthier than any other porridge pot I’ve tried.

I’ve just tried the Vanilla Kefir yogurt & it’s delicious! I’ve also purchased the granola & the small grab & go pots will be perfect to combine both at work!
I’ve had some stomach issues recently so it’s great to find something that is delicious & kind to my gut!

I really love Bio&Me kefir, and highly recommend it.
I have been drinking kefir for over 5 years, and this one is definitely my favourite, as it is not too sweet, tastes great, and the flavours are lovely.
I can feel the benefit of it too, and that is why it has been part of my diet for many years.

Great products for my kids who enjoy something sweet. I love that it is natural sugars, high in fibre and good for their gut, all while making them feel like they’re having a treat.
