Whenever I start feeling homesick since leaving South Africa, St Marcus is my go-to. Their selection of South African groceries is fantastic, and everything is always delivered promptly and with care. From biltong to pantry essentials, they bring a little piece of home right to my doorstep. I’m so grateful for the comfort and connection their service provides — it’s a real lifesaver when you’re far from home!

Recently placed an order. Received it very quickly which was great.
The biltong was fabulous the chili stock is were also really good although quite small.
Unfortunately the three stars was for the ostrich droewors which was so full of cartilage and gristle I delete about a third of each stick which is great news for my dog.

Perfectly delicious and exactly how I like it…lean with minimal fat, just the right amount of marbling. Soft enough to carve the desired thickness (wafer thin) and keeps well in an airtight container in the fridge (not that it lasts long at all; I finished an entire kilogram in three days flat). Thanks again, St Marcus!

The cans of chakalaka were badly dented.
The package was sent to the wrong depot which meant that instead of receiving my order on Friday, it arrived on Monday.

The beef and lamb borrie went down a treat. Complements all round

Excellent products and service
We recently purchased food, wine and beer from Biltong St Marcus and the service and quality of the products and produce was fantastic.
The biltong and droewors were the best we’ve had and Original Beef & Pork Boerewors is fantastic
The food and drinks are all authentic South African
The service and delivery time scale was really fast, from order online to delivery was less than 36 hours.

Tasty Droewors. I bought ostrich and wagu beef. Both were delicious. Better value for money than some of the other available brands and in my opinion a better quality too.

Happy with the Koeksusters, delicious and my boxes of Rajsh curry powder. Still unable to eat the biltong. I ordered dry but after leaving it for 1 week it is still quite wet!
