Bilado Bilköpare  Bewertungen

Otroligt smidigt.

Rekommenderar Bilado starkt. Köpte min bil utan konstigheter. Proffsiga! Inte konstigt att de fått goda omdömen. Alla tummar upp!

Bra pris och snabb hantering. Mycket nöjd!

I bought Citroen c4 nordic edition 2013 year model in this company this year July, after not more than three days, the car had problem when I was driving on the high way, the speed decreases from 100km/h to 25kmh/h, and ESP was on. The car refused to drive. it says "engine fault, repair needed", luckily there was no car behind, I was on E4 so I called the road assistance. Since it was just after few days I bought the car, I called them, they were of course willing to take it back and fix it. After one week, they called me and said they fixed it, but they did not give me any report or any analysis, they just said:"injectors in enginee were broken, we cleaned it". but they did not tell any more, how many injectors they replaced,I did not know. they did not want to answer. The second time this happened again on the high way in Stockholm and not far away from their work shop near Tumba station. So they tolled my car again back their work shop and after one week, they said they fixed it and the same happened, they did not tell what they did. Because the boss was not there. But the same problem happended again just when I was driving home with the repaired car. You can not believe the anger I had. What more is that under the car engine was leaking diesel. Totally 5L diesel leaked in the parking garage. I called them, they said they did not know why and this time I do not trust them anymore, I sent the car to Mekonomen, they fixed the problem and said the the injectors were installed in the wrong direction and only one of the four injectors was replaced, all the other three ones were old ones so that is why what happened. So after the whole experience buying this new car, almost two car accidents on high way because the speed suddenly decreasing fast.

Snabbt, smidigt, enkelt, bra.
Nöjd med bilförsäljningen!
