We want to be transparent about this situation. The order linked to this review was reported by you as not received shortly after Australia Post marked it delivered with a delivery photo. Since no jewellery was ever in your possession, it isn’t possible to fairly comment on the quality of our products in this case.
To try and resolve the matter, we even offered to share the cost of a replacement order—despite the fact that the carrier confirmed delivery and we were also out of pocket. Unfortunately, this offer was declined.
For anyone reading: We stand firmly behind our jewellery and our service. Every item is quality-checked before leaving us, and in the rare event that delivery issues arise, we do our best to work with customers toward a fair solution.

Over the course of more than 45 emails and online messages, you have repeatedly made contradictory requests — asking for plain, engraved, smaller, larger, and even different products altogether — while also accusing us of dishonesty, of charging you incorrectly, and of sending orders to third parties without your permission. None of these accusations are correct. Every order we dispatched matched exactly what was placed through our website, and we have explained many times that payment methods like Afterpay or PayPal Pay in 4 must be selected during checkout.
We have now received your returns, along with the full A4-page letter you sent, and as a goodwill gesture we have already sent you the embossed bangle you requested. However, due to the repeated accusations, conflicting instructions, and the unworkable nature of this situation, you are not welcome to place further orders with us.
We pride ourselves on serving our customers with honesty, care, and attention to detail. This experience does not reflect the way we operate with the many satisfied customers we assist every day.

Bad experience…not happy with product..
I thought I read the details of my purchase quite well..but unfortunately I missed in small print somewhere that it was a pre order..so after contact to ask where my purchase was they informed me of this and said if it was needed right away they would send a replacement look alike …they did and it was nothing like what I wanted …as it was a present for my sister I had to accept it as I needed to send it away …
But…I am not happy at all ….very disappointed…
Surely someone could have made a phone call and asked me directly…
