Though the initial delivery was very fast, the product was faulty so I returned it (going through their return procedure) and asked for a replacement. This was refused point blank as the claimed it was not faulty, this despite me sending videos of it not working and damaged packaging!... said they would refund me minus £25 postage costs or I could have the same (broken) item back if I paid them £25 postage! Eventually had to go though my C/C company for a charge-back of my full payment, which I got but the whole procedure has taken near a month... Was saving a few £ by going here but I should have known their would be a catch. You'll be ok if you buy something and it has no issues but they will screw you if it doesn't and you need to return. Dreadful company, plenty of other options out there
