I’ve been really enjoying the Marin DSX 2 since purchasing it from BikesOnline. The whole online buying process was fast, smooth, and very easy to follow, including the assembly side of things. Everything arrived in good condition, and getting the bike ready to ride was straightforward.

Been riding my new Nicasio+ for a bit now, and first impression: it’s definitely on the heavier side, especially coming from lightweight carbon road bikes. That said, it makes up for it with simplicity and zero fuss. No overthinking, just hop on and ride.

Handling has been surprisingly solid across both paved roads and gravel. The steel frame and 650b wheels def makes the ride smooth. Brakes could be better

After an initial hiccup so to speak and not receiving a call back. I'm glad I called again the following day to get some help with delivery of a birthday present for my son.
First contact aside I was very pleased with the service received.
Then the delivery of the bike: Awesome!!! Well packed and protected with all the tools required to assemble it properly. Great instructions and simple to follow. And Wow! What a machine this is for a first dualy. Very impressed with the quality and components let alone the actual frame and set up.

I bought a polygone siskiu T7E recently. I Was having problems with the seal on the suntour rear shock it came with. I was told to send it back free of charge and they would send it back to sun tour. The sun tour company re built it and sent it back to me. After taking it out for a ride the seal started to come out again. Bummer! So a man named Marvin told me to send it back again and he was going to find me a different shock that would be compatible with my bike and also an upgrade. He sent me a fox rear shock! I was so stoked! Now thats 5 star customer service! Thank Marvin
