Tried calling, sent MANY emails for the past two weeks and there is zero customer service, had finally got a automated confirmation of one return that I had made and that refund is being issued. I've been trying to get ahold of them for over 2 weeks now to rectify some issues with my order and have gotten no response. I've now taken it up with PayPal. I understand they just had a sale, but this is ridiculous . I want to have a good experience because I appreciate what their business is about and want to continue buying from them, however this is a joke.

I absolutely love these organic bed sheets! From the very first night, I noticed a huge difference in my sleep quality. They’re incredibly soft, breathable, and feel so fresh against the skin. Unlike regular sheets, these don’t trap heat, so I stay cool and comfortable all night long.

These are the softest sheets I have slept on. As a postpartum mum, rest is so important, and Bhumi has made my bed feel like a luxury hotel with the added service of 2-hour wake-ups from a newborn. When I tell you I live in these sheets, I truly mean it. I work in bed, I read in bed, I feed in bed and these sheets have made it that much more comfortable for me to relax and heal in this period of time in my life!

I love the luxe feel of the bedding and clothing. You can tell they put so much effort into creating quality bedding that is made to last.

I can’t believe it took me this long to switch to organic activewear and I’m not being dramatic when I say Bhumi has completely changed the way moving my body feels.

The cotton is so soft it’s actually unreal. Breathable, holds its shape, doesn’t die after a few washes, and works just as hard at the gym as it does in a Pilates class. No complaints, ever.

But what really got me is how intentional it feels to wear. When you’re in a season of slowing down and actually trying to feel at home in your body, what you put ON it matters just as much as everything else. Bhumi just ticks all the boxes, even the ones you didn’t know you had.

Bhumi fabrics are undoubtedly of excellent quality! I absolutely love my linen shirt ,made with natural organic fibers. While making sustainable choices myself, Bhumi felt like the perfect addition to my wardrobe!

Beautiful quality organic cotton activewear. Love the designs and colours. Love their ethos. Bhumi were a great company to deal with. Fast postage and friendly service.

Do not order unless you are willing to wait 2+ months for your order. Terrible customer service. High price for drop shipped items.

Extremely frustrating experience.

I completed a collaboration, but never properly received the agreed compensation because the original order was not delivered. Support has been slow, inconsistent and often unresponsive.

Now even the replacement order has no progress.

Customers deserve clearer communication and proper resolutions.

I am really happy with the cotton tank workout top. It is so soft and comfortable. Highly recommend.

I do have an issue with the leggings. There is zero stretch in them and they are so uncomfortable. Definitely not even able to squat in them properly. They do fit, but I would not wear them.

Almost 2 months and i just received 1 retun label out of 3 of the bulky items faulty delivered to be returned for reimbursment in full refound.

Many items where not recived, huge ones, and 2 orders missing since two months.

Demaged items delivered to Me tho and other majour faulty ones that defeats the purpose.

Also I ordered soft pillows and delivered hard like rock ones unsable.

Many too many emails and they tale weeks to answer not true 2 days, mislead adv.

I require reofund of all and compensation for the time used on this to be solved.

Mixed results. Bed linen was excellent when finally sent out. There were massive delays and issues with receiving items. Did place a second order for underwear, leggings and singlet. As they are using cotton and not much elastic the waist bands were very loose and not suitable for any activewear. Not suitable for curvy people. But material feels nice and comfortable

Love love love the brand ethos and the quality of their organic cotton. I have their organic cotton leggings and tank top and they are so comfortable and good for the body and skin!

The cotton sheets are a very fine fabric and soft to the skin but sit well on the bed. Helps enormously that the fitted sheet has a generous side-wall, even more to tuck under the mattress so it stays put and a very stretchy elastic so you don't have to fight the sheet onto the bed. I was surprised that the bottom sheet remained tight much longer than most domestic sheets - I hate sheets that wrinkle up under you the first time you roll over, but these don't. Interested to see how they last, but for now, impressed!

Amazing service, fantastic products. I purchased soft pillow and underlay absolutely love the quality. The underlay keeps me cool which I love. Absolutely love this company and their mission will buy again !

Slept like a dream in the cotton sateen quilt cover and sheets. Packaged beautifully and i can tell they are quality products made with such care and intention.
