It's a scam
It's a scam, stay away from this place. I received the items I had ordered from Bhoomi Paris yesterday and to my surprise, both of the garments were terrible quality. They came wrinkled, with a strong chemical smell, raw seams, scratchy and cheap material, bad zippers and clasps. The shorts were completely translucent and the pocket linings could be seen through them, the fit was poor, the bottom of the shorts flared out the clasp looked and felt terribly cheap. The dress just didn't look at all like in the website picture. Bhoomi claims to be a slow fashion store that has ethical labor practices and premium materials, and the clothes are very very expensive, so imagine my surprise when I received those terrible clothes that looked nothing like the website images. Very suspiciously too, the care label of the garment gave almost no information and the brand name on the label was "studio vrai" instead of Bhoomi Paris. To my further disappointment, they only offer refunds in store credit, which is disgustingly misleading and super illegal according to European right of withdrawal law. And they make ME pay to ship the clothes back to them. Also, the website only has a form to reach out to customer support, and there is no possibility to leave a review on the website (despite there being some reviews on there which I am guessing are fake). It's a SCAM!!!
