Josh Peters at BG Insurance tried his best to be competitive with pricing despite premiums rising by more than 25%.
Shame there's little customer retention loyalty.
Stayed with BG Insurance as they're always straight forward to deal with...

My dealings with BG in the last 3 years have been 1st class, but this year I feel the service has dropped in performance….several times no one came back to me when they said they would and i didn’t get an answer for almost 10 days

In the first year of being a driver instructor a car runs into the back of me completely non fault blame and dash cam footage and guess what my premium goes up £24 a month. Also I disliked the call centre being undermanned and having to call multiple times to sort my insurance despite being promised a call back. even then had to call back as received literally no info as if my insurance hadn't gone through. Wait and see what this year brings and whether I stay with a company that after my accident and them watching the videos and saying that's definitely not your fault then saying well next year your insurance will definitely increase. not impressed one bit.

It’s been great experience doing business with them. I have been with them from many years on and off. But this year got me the best deal of my driving tuition insurance. And staff especially Mr Spencer was great helpful and pleasant to talk.

Sarah rang me when it wasn't convenient for me. She rang me back when I asked her too and was very helpful. There was no pressure or expectation from her. Just honesty. It was easy to follow and to get signed up and insured.

Very friendly over the phone and answered all questions. Love that they covered everything quickly and I wasn't kept on the phone longer than necessary. No pressure to purchase other products alongside the insurance and always find them to be a good price in my area.
