Driving school insurance
I was expecting a long wait for my call to be answered, but I was wrong. My call to BG insurance was answered straightaway.
I was put through to Spencer who was friendly, efficient & helpful and more importantly had a clear speaking voice! He was brilliant through the whole process and was able to obtain a cheaper driving school quote for me than last year. I have been using BG insurance for a few years and recommend them to others.

Some of the staff are extremely rude
Some of the staff are extremely rude. I had been with them for a number of years, but ended up changing because of the lack of customer service and the attitude of the staff. Definitely not recomended.

I contacted BG as 1 of many to obtain comparison quotes for my ADI insurance. From start to finish the staff were courteous, and knowledgeable. The price I received was excellent and the cover was above that of other policies. I phoned back and spoke to Adam who patiently answered all my questions and completed proceedings for me.

I've Always used BG insurance for my Driving instructor insurance, their team seem very efficient quoting and explaining different ad-ons and specialist cover. Above all the prices are reasonable. Staff are very good - recently Spencer assisted with my renewal - VERY HELPFUL. I have never had to make a claim (fingers crossed I wont have to) but I have a feeling these brokers would be very accomodating
