Essential information I gave to the attendant was not accurate when I received the documents from my car insurance as: my NCB, mileage of car, date of my first driving license and if I have access to another vehicle. When I read it on y after I received it by email I called and the attendant transferred to customer service, customer service told me to talk with attendant and back to customer service. I’m still waiting someone to solve this problem.

I have been with BG insurance for a good number of years and have found them to be very competitive with quotes. My latest contact with them today reinforced my positive position. The member of staff whose name was Spencer was very friendly in his approach and talked me through everything I needed. I would recommend BG insurance to other driving instructors.

Great customer service from Sarah and her colleague polite patient and prompt explained things clearly and precisely. I got a good quote for my Driving tuition business and went ahead and purchased a policy. Hopefully the great service will continue for years to come.

Kayleigh attended to my every need

First of all despite my one star rating I would like to praise Kayleigh, who on the third day of me contacting BG did a fantastic job. Well done, keep it up.
And now for the bad news. I contacted BG 3 times on Monday. I was changing my vehicle in Tuesday. Each time I rang l was put through to an “overflow operative “, who informed me that I would be called back within 2 hours. I was also promised a quote. Neither of which happened.
Bearing in mind I needed to pick my car up the following day at 10am, I called at exactly 9am, and was told I would receive a call back within the hour, as it was urgent.
This didn’t happen, so I called them again and l was told that there was nothing they could do.
By this time I’m sat in my new car, 30 miles from home unable to drive.After another call, and an insistence of some action, I received a call at 12 05 informing me l was covered.
In all my years of driving, I have never before had a problem with an every day interaction with an insurance company such as a change of vehicle.
BG….GET MORE STAFF!!! ( Especially ones like Kayleigh). Staff that answer the phone, deal with problems there and then, and don’t fob you off with a call back that doesn’t happen!
