Rubbish product rubbish customer support
We purchased these and they came with a trial bomb which we tried, absolutely disgusting. As we had not opened the main product we requested a return, took them over a week to respond but eventually got the return details and duely returned.
3 weeks later still no refund

Update :- i dispute the narrative given by the vendor, but Amex where ever helpful and have resolved

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback, and I’m sorry the flavour wasn’t to your taste.
I’d like to gently clarify the timeline, as I think something may have gone wrong with the email correspondence.
You contacted us on 8 July requesting a return. We replied the same day with the return address and confirmed we’d refund you once we had confirmation the order was returned. We then heard from you again on 29 July asking us to check whether it had been received. We confirmed receipt and processed your refund on 30 July, one working day later. A confirmation email should have gone out to you automatically, so it’s possible that this email has been missed or has landed in your spam folder. Apologies if this is the case.
Refunds usually take three to five working days to show back on the original payment method, so it should be with you shortly if it hasn’t appeared already. We’re happy to email you a copy of the refund confirmation as proof, just let us know. If it hasn’t reached you within a few days, please let us know and we’ll chase it directly with our payment provider.
