This platform permanently blocked my account containing more than ₹9,000 and refused to return my funds.

I was facing technical problems during mobile verification, and instead of helping solve the issue, they suddenly accused me of “multi-accounting” without providing any proper proof or transparent explanation.

Their support team simply quoted Terms & Conditions, locked the live chat, and closed the case without giving any fair opportunity for clarification or re-verification.

Very disappointing experience. Genuine users can lose both their account and money because of verification issues, while customer support provides no real help.

I strongly advise people to be extremely careful before depositing money on this platform.

I tried Betzo and overall had a good experience. The interface is simple and easy to understand, and the games load smoothly without any lag. I liked that there’s a good variety, especially when it comes to slots. I deposited a small amount and played for a couple of evenings - everything worked fine. The support team is also helpful if you need help understanding something. So far, my impression is positive 👍
