Beware of polyester clothing sold as cotton
Thought I'd share my recent experience as a warning to others. I ordered a dress that was advertised as 100% cotton but the dress I received looked the same as on the website but was 100% polyester. I emailed them and they said I can return it and get a refund. I noticed the dress still advertised as 100% cotton which annoyed me as maybe someone else had let them know of the error before me but they didn't update the website which led to me wasting my time on this purchase. I emailed them to tell them to update their website, I asked for a compensation for the experience which they offered me 10% but only on full priced items. I returned the dress but noticed 10 days later I still hadn't received the refund so I emailed them again. Before I emailed I checked the website to see if they had updated the dress, which they had but they are now selling the polyester dress for the same price as what they were selling the cotton one. After I emailed them they gave me back my refund... Very disappointing experience and I won't be buying again from them
