The items available to support independent living on the website were wide ranging and of excellent quality whilst non-payment of VAT helps a low budget. The Buckingham non-folding walker caddy which I purchased for my Mum fitted perfectly, with ease. It is made from a very durable lightweight material which is easily cleaned. The space inside the caddy was more than adequate for Mum’s needs and the tabletop ideal for her to lean on whilst doing a Wordsearch/colouring etc. The cup holder which came with it will no doubt prove useful in the future too. The whole process online was seamless, payment was simple and communication was timely. The caddy was delivered within the week, as advertised. Mum is delighted with it and it will mean she can have her possessions to hand wherever she roams. A brilliant addition to her walking frame and one which I would highly recommend to others.

Service was good purchased a wheelchair bag to.put on back of wheelchair was a good quality bag but unfortunately just to small sent email for return label and there was no problems will deal with this company again

Mum wanted a commode that didn't look like one, I found BIL on an internet search and they had exactly what she was looking for. I arranged speedy delivery as I wanted to be there when it arrived (due to address issues where she lives) The item was well packed, not too much unnecessary packaging which was pleasing. It was light to manoevre and looks just like a normal chair, with a comfy cushion.

My wife has a disability that makes her unable to walk very far and easily especially in and out of our house I.e getting over the threshold of the front door as the level each side of the door is different, so looking at this website I found the aluminium up and over threshold plate to protect the channels in the threshold it works really well even with my weight lol meaning it's thickness is ideal for the job,I've now have made a ramp from the front step to the footpath so I now can wheel my wife from the path straight into my house no problem.
Great product and not too expensive, I didn't want to ruin the channels in the threshold as the door is new.

Quick service, delivered to where I asked it to be delivered to in an email (as there was no option to put instructions on the website when ordering) as Mum's block of flats postcode & street address is not the best place to deliver parcels to. Product was as described (Lloyd Loom style commode) light and easy to carry and is a very functional and comfortable bedroom chair for a frail elderly person to sit on. Well packed, minimal excessive packaging
