No chance of getting free bet avoid this

Joke bookies! Signed up under the premise of 'bet £10, get a £40 free bet'. Fulfilled the criteria but then told afterwards that my free bet had been cancelled because I withdrew the winnings from my £10 bet! Really poor site, hard to navigate. Very unclear as to when and how the free bet is credited. Registered and bet with multiple bookies and never had such an experience. Avoid at all costs!

Shocking betting company. Absolute scammers. Still waiting for my withdrawal of over £100. I have contacted the so called support team every day for over a week. They are useless.I am taking things further and urge ever

Worst betting site ever. This should be illegal. Literally lying and scamming their way to a quick bucket- they dont even deny it. Site is like something created by a 4 year old. Its my own fault for believing a convincing advert. In reality - this is purely a scam, run by unscrupulous people. Please dont make the same mistake- read these reviews and save yourself wasting money!!!!

After doing a bit more digging- there is literally not even a button to withdraw! Whenever you press cashier it only allows deposits. There must be a way to expose this scam if only our police weren't so busy arresting people for social media posts

Signed up for £40 free bets when you deposit £10,lost the free bets when I made a withdrawal from a winning bet with my original £10 deposit,absolute scam avoid this site at all costs

They allow you to set up account then when you win or have bonus they don't pay out avoid avoid as they con you out your money avoid avoid 💯 crap site avoid they won't pay out but happy to take your money avoid them

If you're looking for a bookmaker that gives you bonuses/offers/promotions,then this isn't the site for you (or me!) Opened account as the sign up offer seemed decent (bet 10 get 40) 5 weeks on, I haven't recieved so much as one offer or bonus, despite opting in to recieve"unique promotions" via email/Sms. Account now closed.

Positives:
Pays out winnings in relatively good time.

Decent rewards system compared to other sites for doing a few simple tasks I got a couple free bets of a decent amount from it. They seem to adhere to there free bet offers apart from the sign up offer.

Negatives:

Bad first impression with the bonus not being awarded due to signing up with a sister site in the past.

Low stake limit on some matches.

Site is difficult to navigate with a few errors. Zooming in and out to reach the betslip etc.

Probably not worth using functionality wise if you aren’t blocked from the big bookies.

I put £10 deposit in the get £40 free bet and they took £50 out of my bank I withdrew the £40 straight away when I checked my bank they had been blocked trying to take £50 out 2 more times ( I never got free bets either) this should be banned the dirty rats

Shame you cant leave a 0 score. Yet another big casino site opening another smaller site to rope people in. Should be outlawed. And from what I've read the site is terrible anyway. But las Vegas casino shouldn't be allowed to open smaller sites to rope you in. And the ombudsman need to clamp down on this. Although have a look at the big site. Las Vegas casino and see their reviews. Says it all really. Stay well clear.

Don't get fooled into signing up for the £40 bonus tv advert. I did and deposited £50 but after playing for 30mins no signs of a bonus so withdrew what I had left.
I then asked why no bonus to be told I lost it when I withdrew.

Loved their new advert on TV signed up at the weekend and won with a bet on Arsenal mainly thanks to the mirricle that is David Raya. Waiting to see if they pay me out this week will update.

Guys, please Avoid this Company at all costs they don't like to pay out, they were happy when I was Losing £2800 but I managed to turn it around and done first Withdrawal of £713.64 and the Second Withdrawal of £2363 didn't Process it for more 24 hours to then get an email to say I needed to Verify myself which is fine so they asked for a picture of Passport, Proof of address and bank card, after this was Verified they Removed the Verification on the account have a Screenshots then asked me to hold my Driving license by my face and a Bank statement which I have done guess what they Rejected it asking me to send a Bank statement with payments from my bank to this company which they know isn't possible as it won't be on my Bank statement till next month as they won't take Screenshot, but every time they just Change the goal post and ask for Something else to Avoid paying you out, I now have had to contact gambling committee and IBAS who both said this isn't allowed so now got wait for a final response so IBAS can take it on to get my money, just a little update still no payment and chasing them to verify my details

This is a terrible company and one which I would avoid.
I have been trying to contact them for a long time regarding a withdrawal which I have not received and I only get silence back. Disgraceful.

Absolutely appalled at the level of support and slow withdrawal/verification process. Paid in 2000, trying to withdraw 4000 and keep getting excuse after excuse like "docs couldnt be opened" even though they are fine and I can open them. I can't recommend this company. I seriously hope i get my funds soon!
