Same story - money taken eight weeks ago; silence ever since. No replies to emails or chats. Order is officially “processing” online, but I’m sure I’ll never see the razor blades I bought. £30 down the drain. DO NOT USE.

Paid for an item, never received , no response from the company, don't waste your money as you don't receive the goods and they don't respond to emails,i requested a refund and still waiting , wish i'd read the reviews before I wasted my money

Payment taken for order over 3 weeks ago and no contact from company. Complaints tickets raised but no response received. Ripped off for £40 for a tooth whitening kit that will never come - will try to cancel with credit card company.

Same issue as all other reviewers, except 1 person, oddly

Still have not received the item.

I have made 3 requests on their 'contact section', each time a ticket (allegedly) has been created and i would receive a response within 24-48 hours. No such response.

Please do not purchase from this site, you will lose your money, it's just a scam site (allegedly). You have been warned!!!!

I so wish I had checked who I was ordering from - I thought I was ordering from Hismile direct but that was not the case. BestWhiteningKits.com have admitted that my order has been delivered to the incorrect address but then nothing...... I have sent numerous emails which I get replies back from the support team saying they will get back to me within 24 hours - this is a total lie as Ive not heard back from them once. The chat line is a joke and they will now not answer my queries at all. I am now £40 down with nothing to show for it at all. BUYER BEWARE!!

Wished I had seen these reviews before ordering my Razor blade from this shower.
Tracking shows delivered in Bournemouth - I live in Stafford !.
Cant get a reply via email - suppose I should have know that would be the case .
Wouldn't mind but the blades were only £3 dearer in ASDA when on special offer . We live and learn

Another unhappy customer here. £30 taken for razor blades but not received. The tracking number supplied by HBretail in Hong Kong was delivered to an address in Ballymoney, Northern Ireland according to Royal Mail Tracking (I live in Northamptonshire, England!) . 2 complaint tickets raised, live chat attempted over several days but no communication received in a week, just automated responses.

I ordered on 23rd October & the kit has not been received...
I've only just read these reviews. I had emailed twice chasing.
So disappointing. They've had my money...

Easy shopping experience and well packaged goods

This is a scam I ordered from this site and got nothing.
I was wondering can i get my money back as I paid by cc

I placed an order a while ago, and i received nothing so far. They took my money and gave me wrong tracking number. I sent them 100s of emails and no reply. The website look secure but it is a scam to take people money. The live chat is fake and all the reviews on their web are fake. This website need to be reported, i hope my review will stop other people from buying from them. Its a scam!

Ordered product weeks ago, I have not received goods, no reply to any emails or live chat, they created a fake Royal Mail tracking link which said my product had been signed for. Do not buy it’s a scam.

Ordered over a month ago no goods have turned up do not buy from these ppl it's a load of crap even tho it's ment to be a secure site I hope they die a horrible death these ppl

Ordered item nearly 1 month ago, still not received.
no response from seller, live chat is fake - further action will be taken.
Currently stuck in France! Spoke to Citizens Advice and they informed me the site has no contact address nor VAT no. which by Law if you trade in the UK it should - so once again people - AVOID IT'S A SCAM!!!

They have taken my money but i have received no goods.
Tracking not working and have received no reply from contacting them by email. There is no telephone number.
