All good except the instructions for assembling needs attention. Piece 16 not defined on how to orient properly causing much work to correct. Otherwise good quality.

The shelf I saw on Bestier website had all the measurements I needed to make the right choice. I ordered, they shipped and I received my shelf in a matter of days. And I was notified every step of the way. Very professional in every sense.

Prompt delivery, Quality was even better than expected Easy to assemble and attractive. Very reasonably priced! Desk and cooridnating accessories created lots of storage and desk space.

Product was damaged/had scrapes on the surface. Put together and used for a few weeks. Caused a lot of serious problems with my back. Customer service is awful. They just attempt to deny any culpability. No support whatsoever. I’m 36 this is the second negative review I recall every needing to write. I would pay the cost of this desk just to forget ever dealing with them. Very poor customer service to go with inferior product. Offered me $20 as some kind of reparation. What a terrible company.

Against some negative reviews on different sites about this particular website, I purchased a computer desk and it all arrived shipped and ready to put together. Have had the desk for several months and well, it's a desk as advertised. I saved almost $100 had I purchased the desk at office depot.

Love the tv stand. Color is great, but would have liked it a little more grey. Assembled very easy.

Buyer beware!! THEY MAKE YOU PAY FOR YOUR OWN RETURNS. I bought one of their desks and it didn't work out. I am a tall guy and once the desk was assembled I noticed that my knees would hit the bottom of the table. I called customer service and they told me to I would have to pay for my own return. After going to UPS, I found out the cost to return the desk was more than the desk itself.

The desk came damaged in many areas, but overall the desk is nice.

It arrived earlier than expected, it’s nice and sturdy. Versus other brands where you pay for plywood or some other panted “wood”. Easy to assemble with directions and even had extra pieces just in case. Great piece for the price and perfect for small area/desk solutions.

First time using this company which I was a bit hesitant about but I’m so glad I did. My package got damaged on the way to me and they were so quick about retrieving it before being delivered and shipping me a new one. They always replied to my emails when I contacted them with questions regarding my order and shipping status. I honestly could not be any happier with the TV console I purchased from them. Good quality too. Would recommend for sure.

The desk came in a timely manner and for the most part it looks great. It came with a small piece of the wood visibly broken. (On the top of the desk to be seen at all times) I brought it to the attention of customer service in hopes of being provided with a new top piece, but was told I couldn’t be provided with a new piece and instead would be refunded $40. So my desk has a hole that needs to be covered at all times.

We ordered three of these. Easy to put together (I did it with my kids), look good and are sturdy. We also ordered the "night stands" with the same look to complete our home office.

Trash ass website terrible customer service

The item arrived earlier than expected. It was very heavy!! ****The top draw does not close or open easily***Well made. Not so easy for my husband to put together but we will be buying the tv console soon. Some screws got stripped. Overall a good experience
